We loved our stay at the beach! We even got to view the northern lights from the deck. Pretty close walk to the beach. Lots of kitchen supplies, pet friendly - although our dog stayed at home this time. We love the location and would like to stay again. Marsha, was a very responsive host and easy to communicate with.

Our stay was lovely! Everything in the house is quality. Comfortable beds, quality kitchen supplies, convenient ice machine, lovely decks. Beauty in the details inside and outside the house. From a hose to wash your sandy feet before entry, baby gate at the stair, a wooden tray to carry your coffee and breakfast to the porch with views of the ocean, to throw blankets in every room for snuggling under while watching your favorite movie on the many selections. The dogs were comfy and so were the two kids. Puzzles and board games in the cupboard, beach towels and muslin bath towels to dry off. Loved everything about our stay. Steps away from the beach at any time and laying on the roof deck at night to watch the stars. Mark was extremely responsive, sending a short video on how to use the nest HVAC. Super comfortable pillows for both back and side sleepers. Blackout curtains helped for those who need them. We slept with the windows open every night enjoying the waves. Had a magical trip.

We had a great stay in Rodanthe, just what we were looking for. The attention to detail was appreciated and all the things we needed for our stay were available. Will stay again!

My husband and I loved the cozy cottage by the bay. The view is absolutely breathtaking and it is quiet and private. It was the perfect getaway we needed. Violet is so kind and responsive. She knows all about what’s around in the area. We had everything we needed at the cottage. We didn’t have to bring sheets or towels which was a huge plus. Me and my husband had a great weekend! We checked in Friday and then Saturday drove down to Harkers Island to hop on the ferry to cape lookout where we saw the horses and Cape Lookout lighthouse. Afterwards we grabbed lunch at Fish Hook and then came back to Cedar Island and walked the Lola Road Trail. That night we went to Wild Wills Revenge for the prime rib dinner and it was the best prime rib we’ve had! It’s only 15 minutes from the cottage! If you’re looking for a quiet and slow weekend then this is the place to go. Be surrounded by friendly locals and the beauty of nature.

Maria’s place was wonderful! Excellent location steps from the beach and local restaurants. So much to do nearby, with a great small beach town vibe. It’s residential, so even July 4 weekend the beach was sparse compared to nags head. Everything was as advertised with the house and Maria was an excellent host. Highly recommended.

Private beach access and parking. We had a roof shell on our car so had to park in a spot that was just a few feet away from our condo. A local neighbor gave us the tip to park there. Quiet, beautiful, and you can hear the ocean from the deck 😍 Thanks John!

We loved our stay in Hatteras at the Isle Be Back! James was a great host - communicated well - both proactive and responsive. The listing was very consistent with our experience. We utilized the kayaks and one of the bikes, as well as the sand toys. It was wonderful for my kiddos to have an indoor, heated pool (which was very secure to keep them safe when we weren’t swimming). Great location. Very close to a few great beaches and the ferry docks. We would love to come back!

James and his wife are the epitome of what you want in a host. They are kind, helpful, and understanding. We unfortunately had to leave due to unforeseen circumstances but while we were there they both were nothing but amazing. The house was exactly how the photos showed and the yard is even better in person. We would absolutely recommend staying here. James and his wife were even nice enough to leave eggs from there chickens in the fridge for us upon our arrival. 10/10 would recommend.

Great communications! Good instructions. They were very responsive to a couple of texts I sent. The unit was extremely clean, well appointed and comfortable.

The place was described accurately. It was easy to find- just a walk away from the beach! There are restaurants and stores nearby. Multiple gas stations are also close by. The driveway is more than enough for 3 cars! If I were to stay in Buxton again, I’d book this spot again!

Great place. Beach & pool right next to the house. Pet friendly. The only downfall I saw is if we were provided with more newer utensils small and medium size and get rid of the the old ones with damaged teflon coating

Seas and Stays allowed us to have a perfect vacation! The location was exactly what we wanted, the host was amazing, and the house was beautiful! Our family vacation was perfect, and so memorable! Super close to the beach, a private pool, and great amenities at the house! We will absolutely be booking again! Traveling with kids is never easy, and seas and stays made it a breeze! I cannot say enough great things about our entire trip!

For the first time in the Outer banks, we couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. The family had a great time. The location was perfect plus the pool and hot tub kept the kids busy.

The house is nice and we were very comfortable. Plenty of space for two families with kids and pets. The pool is big and the deck is nice with several spots to sit and relax. The beach is huge in this part of North Avon and is rare these days in the outer banks. Highly recommend and would stay here again. No issues

Our family loved spending the week here! The incredible kitchen is so well stocked and fun to cook in, the beds are all very comfortable, and the location is great - easy beach access and beautiful views. It’s walkable to a lovely coffee shop and movement studio, and close to any and all amenities you may need while still feeling private.

The pictures don't do this place justice. It's an incredible location with more than enough space for 4+ adults and can easily fit more. Quiet, tons of natural light with phenomenal sunset views every night (sunrises not too shabby either). Comfortable furniture, good AC, great kitchen space and amenities. Enough kayaks and paddle boards for the Brady bunch family. Good shower pressure and internet. Master bed was very soft for those with bad backs like myself but stellar stay overall.

Morgan's house is tastefully furnished and full of light. The kitchen is well equipped, beds comfortable, and everything very clean. The beach is very close and was absolutely glorious because we went out of season and although it was sunny and warm there were few people about - only a few locals fishing. The children appreciated all the equipment for building sandcastles. We found some good restaurants open.

Sherry’s place was spacious and well-equipped. Sherry herself was so kind - she helped us out with a car battery issue by lending us a charger. Quick response times and an overall great weekend!

My spouse and I were looking for an unplugged getaway, and wow oh wow - Rhonda's place was it! The ocean front view combined with a cozy, well-loved and thoughtful interior made for a perfect quiet vacation. Rhonda was an incredibly helpful host and offered great recommendations for places to find local seafood and go for walks. This home is a treasure!

We had a great stay at Out of the Blue. Margot was so responsive and helpful. Perfect location to get to/from beach easily and close to grocery, restaurants. Comfortable home. Would definitely return!

The house is incredible. The decor is amazing. Everyday someone would notice a something else they never saw before. There is a very short walk to beach. You have great views of the sunrise over the ocean from the hot tub or either deck. We saw Manny shooting stars during our stay. Cindy is a very helpful and caring host. She gave us updates on beach conditions and an outlook for our drive home. Overall one of our best Airbnb experiences. We will definitely be staying again.

Lovely cottage in great location! Short/easy walk across dunes to beautiful beach. Small and cozy but very well organized and appointed. Relaxing place to spend New Year’s. Look forward to returning during the on-season sometime.

me and my family went out for our annual fishing vacation amenities were impeccable as well as home and view as well as amenities in the house would absolutely love to stay again given that the home is large enough to host even our large family looking forward to spending many more years on the OBX
