Cynthia’s place is a great choice for visiting Athens. It is about a 20 minute drive to downtown. It is straight across from some restaurants as well. The house was very clean and the host was very responsive.

We stay in Athens 8-10 times a year. This location was close to town and campus. The place was very well kept and clean. The Host had very exact instructions that were easy to comprehend. She communicated great! We were very pleased with our overall experience. This is a great place to stay.

A few hooks added to the bathrooms for towels would be great!

We enjoyed our stay at this comfortable and cozy place. It had everything we needed, and the host (Rachel) made a lot of nice touches before our arrival that made us feel welcomed and right at home. In addition, our dog loved being able to run and stretch his legs in the back yard!

Atticus has got to be one of the nicest hosts! The property is beautiful, full of wildlife! Very polite & responsive host! Loved the game room!A lot of extra touches that made our stay very pleasant 💗 Would definitely recommend !

A friend group of 8 stayed for 3 nights in this Airbnb for a veterinary school reunion, and it was the perfect accommodation for friends who wanted to have more time with each other while also not bunking up together. The inside and outside spaces were perfect and comfortable., and a bathroom for each bedroom was a perk. Priscilla was very communicative and answered the few questions we had very quickly. She also proactively checked in to see how things were after our first night there and had sent restaurant recommendations to us ahead of check-in. Walkable to Mama’s Boy, which has been a long time favorite of ours, to downtown Athens, and to the Greenway. Uber was cheap and easy, too. We would definitely stay again if available next time we are back in Athens.

This little house is so cozy and welcoming! It was the perfect place for two friends visiting Athens to stay. A quiet and private place, they spent much time enjoying the little porch out back overlooking beautiful trees. It's located in the most desirable neighborhood in Athens, historic and walkable to both downtown and Normaltown. And Ann is great host!

Very good AirB&B experience. House was as pictured/described, neat, clean and comfortable for our family of five. Comfy sofas and furniture with all the listed amenities. Great fenced yard for our dog, and we enjoyed the fire pit. The neighborhood is not the nicest, but not atypical for a vacation rental in Athens. Location was good, though, in that it was a very do-able walk to the stadium (about 35 minutes at our pace). Would stay here again.

We spent 5 nights, place met our needs. Host was always easy to get in contact with, very attentive always a txt away.

We had a wonderful stay at Tom and Ashlie’s place! As a UGA Alum, I loved being able to stay in the heart of 5 Points and walk to some of my favorite places. The house is so charming and is exactly as pictured. We were so impressed with how well the home was stocked with everything we could have needed! Tom and Ashlie were wonderful hosts and were extremely responsive and helpful when needed. A few minor inconveniences upon arrival were taken care of promptly and kindly. We would definitely stay here again!

We went to visit our daughter at school and wanted a place so we didn’t have to always be doing something or sit in a hotel room, this place did everything we needed! It was clean and roomie and had everything we needed and more. Next time we visit I hope to stay again! The host was amazing was super responsive and very kind! Excellent stay!

Everything was great about the place. We were a little surprised that you cannot get in through the back, but we quickly a customer ourselves to parking out front and walking up to the front door.

We have only stayed in a couple of Airbnbs, and this one was the best. It is very roomy and clean. The kitchen is big and very user-friendly. We enjoyed our stay here and look forward to booking it again the next time we are in town.

I booked last minute when my truck broke down on the freeway. Gussie was super responsive, friendly, & helpful. The place was clean & everything in it worked great. It was a welcome stay after having a rough day of travel.

Perfect for a weekend stay and walking distance to the stadium. Will was great and super responsive- the space was warm on arrival and within 30 minutes Will had an additional air unit up and going! Thanks for a great stay and top on our list for game day needs!

I cannot say enough good things about this house & host! The house was spotless and in the perfect location for our trip! There is plenty of space, towels, linens, blankets & needed supplies at the house for use. Check In & Check Out was the easiest process with clear instructions. I asked the host before check in about the condition of the air mattresses at the house. When we arrived there was an Amazon package waiting at the front door with a brand new air mattress for us just in case. The beds were all so comfy with plenty of large pillows for a good nights rest!

This spot was exactly as described, but better. While it’s not large, it could not be better appointed. The owners have thought of everything to make your stay comfortable. We were so surprised by the thought and detail they provided. From snacks and a stocked drink fridge, plenty of towels, great a/c, comfy bed, luggage rack, even a gumball machine w/coins! And it was EXTREMELY clean. Not always the case with rentals. You can tell the owners have high standards and take pride. The linens, bathroom, floors, everything was spotless. We didn’t feel “the ick” you sometimes get in hotels or other places. While we didn’t have time during our one night stay to use the outside deck, there is also a beautiful deck with sitting area. The property is in a residential neighborhood so a great spot if you’re looking for a quiet night. The owners communicated fast and well, could not have been more pleasant. Next time we head to Athens, we will definitely book here again. Thanks you!

I stayed a whole week and enjoyed it very much. My pups enjoyed the outdoors and the fresh eggs from the chickens that we got to enjoy listening to were a very tasty welcome surprise.I would very much go back again. Laura and her husband were super responsive to any issues and checked on us several times. Highly recommend Laura's place!

Top notch communication! Home is extremely clean and stocked with necessary items in bathrooms, bedrooms, and kitchen! Definitely will return to this gem.
