April was a star five hostess. Very responsive very nice. The home could not have been any cleaner. I used to live in that neighborhood when I lived in Florida is like coming back home. Very nice.

Lori’s home was a perfect landing place for our family. We were in town for a funeral and this home allowed us more time to be together. It was well furnished and housed 10 people comfortably with some room to spare.

Host was able to meet my groups unique needs, included some last minute changes!

A Fantastic Stay – Highly Recommended! Angela's Airbnb in Jacksonville, FL, was the perfect stay for our small group. We felt at home immediately. The private backyard was a peaceful retreat, and having exclusive access to outdoor amenities like the firepit, BBQ grill, and great Adirondack chairs were a bonus. The neighborhood is quiet making it easy to relax and unwind. Location-wise, we could not have asked for a better location for our event. With quick access to I-95 and I-295, we were able to explore everything the Jacksonville area and our schedule allowed. Jacksonville Beaches, historic St. Augustine, the Bolles School, and the area shopping & dining. Angela was a fantastic host, ensuring everything was perfect for our stay.

My family and I loved our stay here! it was a great location with a screened in outdoor porch and beautiful view! Everything was cleaned and backup supplies of towels, blankets and bathroom amenities were available. The only (VERY VERY) minor issue my family had was with getting into the house initially because we were provided the incorrect code, but Maria had reached out to me and when I contacted my grandparents- they arrived a day ahead of me - they were inside the house. No issues occurred after that initial hiccup! We were in Jacksonville to visit extended family so if my relatives are still in town next year, I will definitely consider rebooking here!

I almost didn’t write this review, just so I could gatekeep this wonder. This was easily the best AirBnB experience I’ve ever had. The check-in was fairly simple. We got settled in and found out that everything was within walking distance. We had a fantastic time which was further highlighted by how cozy their space is. Further, their mix of board games and puzzles gave us unlimited entertainment.

Susan was very friendly and responsive. Home was as described. Home had plenty of extra blankets, pillows, towels which was nice . I would definitely stay at Susan’s property again.

I enjoyed my stay! It was clean and convenient.

Nice basement apartment close to the ocean. Parking was easy in front of the unit, even though road construction is going on. The space has a very comfortable bed, tiny bathroom but with a spacious shower. Chairs and coolers were available for use. Great space for a couple looking to chill and walk to the ocean.

We were so thrilled with this air b&b! Perfect place for celebrating our son’s graduation! The place had everything we needed. The hot tub was a huge bonus! Loved smelling the jasmine in bloom on the back porch with beautiful sound of relaxing wind chimes. We will definitely be coming back! A huge thank you to Edward!!

Sue's place was great. Very quiet and close to Amelia island. Sue was very responsive to questions.

We had a wonderful stay! The condo was very spacious and perfect for our trip with another family. The two toddlers had a great time running around, and we didn’t have to worry because it was very kid friendly. It was about a five minute walk to the beach, and the provided beach supplies were a great perk of the listing! It was awesome to have access to a beach wagon to carry all of our stuff. We would definitely recommend and stay again!

Ghazal’s place was beautiful inside, super clean, and well stocked if you plan on cooking! The drive to the location was gorgeous and close to everything we needed. This is a true beach gem. The kind of rental that helps forge core family memories. Perfect location! They provide all the (above and beyond basic) amenities needed for a beach home with decor that feels welcoming and relaxing. Host was extremely helpful and very quick to respond. Can’t wait to return as a guest!!

We loved staying here and can’t wait to return! The condo is beautiful, well equipped and extremely clean. You feel right at home walking in. The furnishings are so pretty! Vanessa is a gem to work with, so kind and helpful, checking to see if we needed anything and quick to answer questions. It’s a quick walk on a lovely path to the beach. Vanessa provides so much for her guests including beach umbrellas and chairs and miscellaneous items you may have forgotten to bring. Get up early and see the sun rise!!! It’s amazing!!! Search for shark teeth and shells. Relax on the beach and just enjoy the time you’re there because it goes by quickly! Great places to eat nearby along with grocery stores and ice cream parlors.

We had an amazing stay at this beach condo and can’t wait to return! It was peaceful, quiet, and just what we needed to relax. The condo was super clean and well taken care of—huge thanks to the excellent host who made everything easy and enjoyable. The resort staff were friendly and welcoming, which made us feel right at home. We were also so glad we could bring our pets along, it made the trip even more special! One thing to note: there’s a bit of a distance from the main gate to the condo, but that ended up being one of our favorite parts. It gave us extra privacy, and most days we had the beach and pool all to ourselves. No crowds, no traffic—just peace and quiet. The setting was calm and serene, perfect for a restful getaway. We’re already looking forward to our next trip back!

The condo was as advertised. We were highly satisfied with the property and Chad was extremely responsive to all my messages, usually responding within 10 minutes. Would definitely return!
