Built in 1925, Maybecks' “Cubby” is your private, rustic, 750 sq ft, carriage house located less than a mile from Cal. Homey and basic - the deck is great for lunch, dinner, or just hanging out. It's an easy walk down to the gourmet ghetto, Thursday Markets, buses and BART. Carport provided, a car is recommended (hey it's located in the hills.) Not baby proofed, minimal fencing - sorry, no pets, babies or toddlers. Smoke free, no butts about it. Sorry, no loud music, or large gatherings.

The Beach Cottage- A Simple Sanctuary

You will be about 40 paces to the beach (4th house from the beach) and a lovely 5-minute walk to town. On its own separate lot, with a sweet little yard with lounge chairs, Bbq, and a firepit, The Cottage is fresh, immaculate, peaceful, cozy, comfortable, romantic, and tranquil. Our cottage is a haven of tranquility just a few steps from family-friendly Stinson Beach and a 5-minute walk to town. Surrounded by private decks and a fenced yard (hammock, chaise lounges, hot-water outdoor shower, outdoor dining area and a gas BBQ), there are relaxing spots all over the property to chill with a book or hang out with family. Enjoy the beach, cafes and restaurants all within walking distance of this cozy cottage in the Outer Sunset. The bedroom has a comfy queen bed and there is a queen sleeper sofa for overflow. The kitchen is modern and updated, and opens to a dining room. You'll find streaming TV, wi-fi, a washer/dryer, and a fully stocked kitchen. If the weather is nice, you can enjoy the yard, and a covered outdoor dining area.
