my family and I were only there for 1 night. I was very pleased with the place. everything was clean, beds and couch were comfortable and the fenced in back yard was a bonus for my 1 year old. I loved that the place was baby proof and a pack and play was provided..even though I didn't use. overall..family of 7 had a great time

Our son, Joshua, is on staff at YWAM Orlando. We came to spend Easter with him. Due to YWAM hospitality not having availability, we began searching for an Airbnb nearby. Joshua stated that Grace's parents had an Airbnb right next door to Grace and Eric's home. He saw that it was available, and I booked it. I believe that it was the hand of God that pointed us there. It was perfect for us to be able to spend quality time with Joshua. Our daughter Erin, Joshua's sister, passed away January 21, 2024. Because of this, we cherish time spent with our son. It was close to YWAM and Joshua's church. The neighborhood was quiet, and the accommodations were wonderful for us. Thank you and God Bless!

This was the perfect place for us to use has home base while doing a series of day trips. Restaurants and grocery stores were just minutes away. Loved how quiet the neighborhood was, and especially enjoyed waking over to a nearby park with a great playground and open spaces for frisbee and running around. Beds were so comfortable, and there was a variety of pillows to choose from.

We have stayed at Sherry’s house several times and plan to come back. It’s a perfect size for us and we love the private setting in nature with no other houses right next to it. We hear birds often and sometimes even coyote. Despite being away from other houses, it’s close enough to the things we want to do and our family who live in Pine Ridge. We especially appreciate that she provides kayaks and we used them several times. Having a garage is also great for us to store the bikes that we bring with us. Sherry is a friendly and responsive host who does her best to make sure her guests have a great stay. We look forward to our next trip to Citrus Springs.

what a wonderful place to stay. very comfortable and cozy. close to everything we wanted to do. Asami &Alex was so responsive and helpful. loved all the extra special amenities they provide. Will rent there again when we come back!

Marty was a great host, checked in multiple times throughout our stay to make sure everything was going well. The house was beautiful, well kept. We will definitely be staying here again.

So much better than staying in a hotel. The location is a quiet residential neighborhood. You have your own small side yard for a morning yoga stretch or a quick potty break for your dog. The apartment has a separate space for the bedroom, bath and kitchen/living/study area. Everything was very clean and new. Plenty of hot water, towels and coffee for three days. Will stay here again.

This apartment is perfect if you're looking for a quiet place Uptown, walkable and near some great shops. It is clean, well decorated and very comfortable. The cafe next door is good, plus other restaurants nearby (thinking of Raintree!). Don't miss the store below the apartment. Way fun! This place can be a challenge to find by car, but Valerie's directions are spot on. Free parking in the back, well lit. Don't miss the secret walkway in the back that provides a shortcut to San Marco on foot! I would recommend this apartment to my friends! Enjoy!

We really enjoyed Amy & Gaston’s place! Great location, close to the beach. We loved the use of beach chairs, umbrella, towels, and cooler. We really enjoyed our morning walks to the Kookaburra and our evenings at Cone Heads (w/ nondairy options). This is a great, quiet place to stay if you’re looking for a lowkey beach vacation.

Excellent, walkable location. Spacious with all listed amenities. Across from a school which gives it a ‘home away from home’ feel. Balcony with two chairs overlooking the street. Gorgeous comfortable double bed. The front door lock batteries weren’t working on one of the days, Gina immediately replaced them with new ones. We enjoyed our stay, I can recommend this property.

What a great place to stay in St. Augustine. Near shops and restaurants and walkable to the historic district. The neighborhood was quiet with plenty of parking for our stay. We could not have asked for more. Valerie's place is definitely on our list for future stays.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Lauren’s condo. Check-in was easy and she responded quickly to the few questions we had. The condo was clean, well equipped and close to the beach. The location was also great with several restaurants nearby and an easy drive to historic St Augustine. I would love to book the condo again next time I’m in town.

I loved my stay at this unit. The unit itself was very clean and located in such a lovely spot. Todd was very proactive and responsive regarding my stay. I will be looking for more of Todd’s bookings when I return to St. Augustine.

Butch was a very responsive host . He gave great recommendations and made sure to it that we had great instructions about check in check out , what he expected at the end of our stay etc.. The money we paid for the stay was very reasonable for beach front property. The beach was gorgeous , the ocean views from the condo couldn’t be better . There were outstanding restaurants and day trip activities to be had just about everywhere . We started with a dolphin and manatee kayak tour, rolling brunch and sunset cruise . The city is rich in history and we learned so much while there ! Butch has a fantastic property and knows how to keep his customers comfortable and wanting to return.

Great location for beach access. Private, quiet, pool and hot tub a bonus. Clean, bright, well stocked kitchen, comfortable furniture and beds. Loved staying here, hope to be back. Recommend 100 percent.

Really great spot. Todd gave clear detailed instructions on how to get into the gated community as well as the residence. Incredibly clean. Walking distance from food and the beach. Todd was very responsive for any questions we had, and the condo had everything possible we would need to be comfortable. Would stay again. Wish we stayed longer!

Impeccable stay! The apartment is very comfortable and has everything you need. Clean, very well located, beautiful view (lake and pool), free package delivery, and good parking (free). There are shops and restaurants within 100 meters. I definitely recommend it. Thanks, Ricardo!
