Ob durch die Wiese schlendern, auf den Palettenmöbel draußen sitzen oder die Seele baumeln lassen. Nichtraucherhaus JACUZZI von Nov. - März nicht nutzbar ! Definitiv !

Wir geben Dir in unserem Haus am Waldrand nicht nur den Platz, sondern auch den Freiraum für grüne Gedanken. Aber als ehemaliges Forsthaus ist der Waldweg dahin nicht ganz einfach. Quietly situated forester's house for 2 families

We love to welcome you in our former spacious forester's house. We are a Dutch family with 3 children who bought the house in 2006 as a family vacation home. With a lot of love and attention we think we have created a unique spot in the quiet forests of the Czech Republic. If you love nature you will feel completely at home. Walking, cycling, mountain biking, you are in the middle of it! In the summer you can enjoy the silence on the veranda and in the winter the cosines by the fireplace.

Gemütliche und helle Ferienwohnung, in Bubach an der Naab, mit schönem Garten inkl. Grillplatz und einer Außendusche mit Warmwasser. In der Nähe sind viele Wassersportarten wie z.B. Tauchen, SUP, Windsurfen, Wakeboarden möglich oder einfach nur Baden, Wandern und Radfahren. Die Nähe zur Naab macht es auch für Angler sehr attraktiv. Ein Landgasthof mit schönem Biergarten befindet sich direkt gegenüber. Die gute Lage lädt auch ein, Regensburg und den Künstlerort Kallmünz zu besuchen.

Součástí yurty je wellness, které se doplácí na místě ( 20€/den) Nebojte po rezervaci se vám včas ozveme a veškeré doplňkové služby si potvrdíme. Užijte si nádherný výhled na rybník přímo z yurty. Kolem Vás bude pobíhat stádo oveček. Objekt je oplocen. Kdyby Vám cokoli chybělo, lze využít služby zavedeného penzionu, který je od yurty “pár” kroků, ale i přesto se budete cítit jako na samotě.

Your accommodation is located southwest of the city centre and is in the "Grüne Mitte" - an exceptionally large and green residential quarter in the Kumpfmühl district. The old town can be reached by bus, bike or car in about 10 minutes. The apartment is located 2.6 km from the city centre/ approx. 30 minutes on foot. The accommodation, which consists of a 35 sqm living and sleeping area including bathroom, can be reached via a separate entrance (terrace).

Leave your everyday life behind and enjoy the pleasant tranquility, the scent of wood, the soft light, and the crackling fireplace. Or relax in the private gym, the infrared sauna, or the garden whirlpool. The outdoor area is still under construction, therefore a special price applies for the time being.
