The Penthouse

This modern apartment takes up the entire first floor of a 1905 historic storefront building. Just one block from downtown, restaurants, coffee shops, shopping and grocery store are all within walking distance. The Great Room boasts 14-foot ceilings, fireplace, reclining sofas, billiard table and dining for 6-8. A fully stocked kitchen and laundry round out this luxurious three bedroom, 2 bath apartment. Please make sure your reservation reflects the actual number of people staying.

Spacious vintage upstairs apartment with hard wood floors, high ceilings and tall windows. Bathroom has a claw foot tub/shower. Full kitchen with all amenities. Laundry and Gym in the same room. It is a vintage building that has old hardwood floors, strange plug ins, antique hardware on doors, and some stairs to climb to get to it.

The Cabin

The Cabin is located in the small, rural town of Brewster, just off Interstate 70 between Colby and Goodland. It is furnished with a double bed and futon on the lower level and a twin bed in the loft. The loft is accessible via a pull-down ladder. A mini-fridge, Keurig, and microwave available. No wifi or TV, a playground nearby, three blocks from a small grocery store that serves meals, but the days and times vary with the seasons.
