Andy’s house is fantastic for a celebration weekend. Twelve of us stayed there comfortably and there is so much public space that it’s easy to do different things yet assemble for meals. The view from the conservatory and garden is stunning. We had one person in a wheelchair and the house worked well for him too. Andy and Joan were welcoming and helpful.

We greatly enjoyed our stay here, and had a great time exploring the area. the space was easy to relax in, and had many options within a close walk. thanks for a great stay!

Perfect stay for a large group wishing to have both a taste of rural Scotland and the bright lights of the city! Great house for large groups with more than adequate cooking facilities. Excellent hot tub that was kept meticulously clean. The hosts were amazing and so helpful with helping me organise a stag weekend. Sharing local knowledge and recommendations of activities and hostelries, etc. Milngavie is a perfect location to explore both Glasgow city (20 minute train ride) and hit the start of the West Highland Way! Milngavie was a nice little town itself with an active high street and a good Tesco and station just a 3 minute walk from Pleasant Hill. We really enjoyed Fullbacks sports bar as well- good value food and an atmosphere. Activities we enjoyed from Pleasant Hill were a walk to Glengoyne Distillery, afternoon and night out in West End Glasgow and a speed boat pub tour of Loch Lomond! Thanks again Chris!

Host was very friendly with very good communication throughout. On arrival the host made it very easy to get into the lodge and came in and explained all amenities on site and was very polite. Overall, throughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend and return.

Fantastic house - really comfortable and well located. The location is great right beside the shop. We also enjoyed using the leisure club, the claghsn inn and Skoosh. Easy access to the quieter side of Loch Lomond was ideal. Would definitely recommend.

Beth's place was quiet but still within walking distance to everything we needed. This is a great place for families and friends! The bus station is down the hill, making it a breeze to get to City Center. The train is a nice walk through the park. I highly recommend Beth's place😄

Great place for us as home away from home whilst working in the area. Plenty of home comforts and nothing to much trouble. will book when next in the area

The property has the most amazing views of the loch and we sat out every evening on the picnic bench overlooking the scenery. We were of course very lucky we had sun, but i imagine even in rain, the property would feel cosy and there are amazing views from the lounge and kitchen. Brian, the host, was very helpful and went above and beyond to make sure we had an amazing stay. Check in was easy and Brian gave local recommendations for us too. All of us also said that the beds were super comfy and, as we ate in almost every night, the kitchen facilities were excellent. We hope to be back to this wonderful spot again!!

The house was beautiful, spacious and well equipped. Ross was efficient and friendly, quick response to messages. Very clean and a nice garden. Pub in the village has great food and friendly staff so would recommend that also Only issue we had was that we struggled with hot water in the showers sometimes. The water was either freezing cold or too hot in the upstairs double. Overall a cosy stay and we would definitely return!

We loved staying in The Wee House. It was perfect - very clean and fresh, cosy, comfortable, warm and what a pretty outlook over the bay! It had everything you need- in fact a home from home. Lovely garden too. We could have happily stayed there for longer. Highly recommend this sweet house to anyone going to Islay. Port Ellen is a great base to explore the island and it also has lovely places to eat out. We had dinner in the SeaSalt Bistro and it was delicious and the staff were great. The sun was shining the whole time we were there-May-so we got to appreciate the picturesque setting at maximum! Thank you Janice for your quick responses to our booking. So glad we managed to get a stay at the Wee House as it is very popular.

Lovely house , kitchen was equipped with everything required. Location was great with fantastic views of Goatfell.

This was the most beautiful Airbnb that we have ever stayed in with stunning views o er the sea. It was a little difficult to find in the dark, but the instructions from the host were detailed and helpful (I’d recommend arriving in the daylight). The house was very clean and the kitchen was very well equipped. The only slight issue we had was that we accidentally booked for one guest and then when we changed the booking for six guests, we had to pay an extra sum of money which we found unusual considering we were hiring the whole space for the same number of nights. Despite this we would highly recommend this Airbnb and would definitely stay again.

Fiona was a wonderful host, very proactive and friendly. Beautiful fresh flowers and coffee, tea and biscuits were a lovely touch. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen well equipped and the views over the loch were lovely. There were also lots of good games and puzzles. The overall cleanliness could have been improved, in particular the kitchen but didn't detract from our stay. Thank you Fiona

Brian is a very welcoming host. we had a lovely warm comfortable stay for the New Year celebrations. Easy walk to the Battle of Bannockburn site.

Bunrannoch House was a wonderful find - stunning surroundings, very comfortable accommodation and everything we needed for a fab long weekend in the Highlands. The loch and village of Kinloch Rannoch are just a short walk away, with a corner shop and beautiful hotel/bar. We loved our stay here and would highly recommend this place - perfect for a group of our size (16 adults).

Tracey’s place was fantastic. It was so clean and welcoming, within 5 minutes of being in the apartment I knew it would be a 5 star stay. Beds were comfortable, bathrooms clean, laundry machine worked well, and there were even some basic breakfast items and snacks provided. The bus stop to get into the city center is just a few feet away as well. All and all a great stay for anyone wanting to base their Scottish adventures in Stirling.

My (now) husband and I were looking for somewhere unique to get married, we knew it was going to be a very small wedding and we seen this house on here and just fell in love with it. I messaged Angela and explained about wanting to hold our wedding here and asked if it would be okay, she was extremely quick to respond and allowed us to hold it there. It was pure perfection. I wish we could do it all over again!! The house itself is absolutely amazing. Rooms are huge, we loved having an en suite and being able to use it without having a child wanting us to hurry up as they needed something or wanted in to use it lol. I'd recommend this house to anyone and everyone. We will definitely be back again as it will always hold a very special place in our hearts ♥️

We loved Julie’s place! Location was perfect, walking distance to everything in Fort Augustus and a great base from which to explore the Highlands. The house is beautiful, incredibly comfortable and very spacious for the 6 of us. Julie provided a great welcome with treats and even crackers ready for our Christmas meal. The kitchen is very well equipped. Nice garden and plenty of space for parking. Very highly recommended, would love to come back.

Place was exactly as expected. We only had a short stay, but found all the amenities and space that we needed and expected from the listing. Connie and co hosts were great and were very responsive prior to our stay and throughout.
