Very comfortable stay and convenient to everything I needed in the area. Claudia is very kind and warm, taking the time to serve a breakfast and make local recommendations. Bed was comfortable and everything was squeaky clean.

We loved our stay at Sarah’s. I truly wish we booked more than one night there! She was so kind and helpful, we felt right at home. Our room was cozy and had everything we could possibly need. The breakfast was delicious and had a huge selection! This was the best night’s sleep I’ve had so far in our trip through Scotland. Thank you again Sarah! We’ll be sure to recommend to our friends and family in Canada.

It was lovely trip we had to Fort William and host was fantastic and helpful throughout the stay. Definitely I would recommend and worth spending in and around really amazing scenic places to visit nearby.

Claire hat uns an der Fähre abgeholt und von Beginn an mit ihrer offenen und Art mit Informationen gefüttert. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und eine großartige Zeit auf der Insel verbracht. Die Unterkunft ist einzigartig und hat einen tollen Charme. Lismore müssen wir wieder besuchen, nächstes Mal sicher für länger.

Amazing stay in this beautiful house! We highly reccomend it. It offers you feeling like at home with lovely atmosphere from owner. :) Comfy beds and clean room. Served breakfast were absolutely nice! We would love to come here again. The atmosphere of the house is totally authentic. Thanks :)

We stayed here over a weekend while attending a wedding at Crear. In the run-up to our stay, Pam was brilliant at communicating with us to ensure we had everything we needed for our stay. It is clear she is very knowleadgable about the area and is keen to make sure her guests make the most of their stay there. The accommodation itself is in a stunning location and had a good range of amenities. Would recommend as a great base to explore the wider area.

Claudia is super friendly, the location is excellent right at train station next to bars and restaurants and 10 mins to Loch Lomond Shores along beautiful walk . Second visit will definitely be back 😎

This place is incredible! Yes a bit out of the way but well worth it! A quick 10 minute drive from Kennacraig Ferry and 15 -20 minutes from Tarbert! It is such a nice room with high quality everything and very roomy! There is a common lounge with a nice little fireplace and music if you want to leave your room which is very spacious and relaxing with a great ensuite! The breakfast was so good! There was excellent service for breakfast and the food (you have choices) was excellent! One of the absolute best B&B’s we have stayed at on our many trips to the UK and Europe! Highly recommend!! We also had an excellent dinner at the Starfish Seafood restaurant in Tarbert where Kat and Andrea both work or are owners! Really wonderful atmosphere and great food!

When I first booked I thought it was whole property but thos was due to my own mistake as clearly states guest house. however, after meeting lesley this was soon irrelevant. Lesley was friendly and easy to talk too. we came in and out a few times to shops, dinners and small walks with no problems. The guest house is beautiful! small kitchen area in lounge filled with coffee, tea, fridge freezer and some cereals. We enjoyed sitting at the the table eating with the .out stunning view onto farms, hills and trees! lesley has added books, games and little things that make you feel welcome to relax in the area! I am a massive dog lover so was just a massive treat to get to meet darcie. however, if you are not keen on digs please do not let thos deter you from booking as darcie and lesley have their own space down stairs below guest house. Room did get a little cold, I am on aspirin due to health so feel the cold. I messaged lesley who addressed this and I was soon snug and warm. thank you!

The Wee Treat was exactly that! Me and my partner had a lovely time here. Frances and Jay were very responsive and friendly. We loved how clean and cosy the studio was and were very pleasantly surprised with the kind essentials bought for us. The kitchen is well equipped with basic cooking and seasonings too which was excellent, we really did not need to worry about bringing anything with us. The village has everything you’d need, a shop, cute restaurants and food stops. We had some of the szechwan noodles from the secret pizza company on Jay’s recommendation and it did not disappoint! The hot tub was very clean, well kept and undercover - perfect for the rainy days we had. I’d certainly return and recommend the Wee Treat! 5 ⭐️

can't say anything negative about the lodge. Extremely comfortable and relaxed environment. Scenery was incredible with the added plus of plenty of animals in the surrounding fields! we would happily come back for longer, such a relaxing place.

We had a short but a very relaxing stay in Stanley’s cottage. It was so clean and modern and it had everything we needed The kitchen was great and bed comfortable. The bathroom was absolutely lovely new and modern . Thanks again for a great stay I’d highly recommend

We're just home after a lovely 2 night stay. Didnt want to leave! Joel's place was beautiful. Well cared for and looked after. Great attention to detail, loved the little touches. Everything you could ask for and more. Spotless. Literally. Quiet, but so close to everything you could need in the way of shops and restaurants. Great location for OVO Hydro. Kitchen was so well equipped I wished I'd had the chance to cook! Thank you Joel

We recently stayed here with a few friends and had a fantastic time! Bryony was proactive and extremely helpful throughout and we loved our time there.

Lovely remote location. House very comfortable. A short drive to lots of great features and places of interest (waterfall, Ulver etc). Eagles, otters and buzzards to be seen too. Also, useful local produce available too (eggs, bread). Book the weather if you can to get the best of the views!

Felt straight at home on arriving ( from the friendly greeting to the heatpump / solar panels and ban the bomb) , were shown around and explained how and what to use , were given the choice of room as they had no other bookings. Very friendly couple and there was more available to use than I’d expected. Lots of books, which I unfortunately hadn’t the chance to read bar a few pages of some . The place is cosy and eco friendly, although I was glad of having had brought slippers with as the place is well insulated and once the sun shines warms up enough for the heating not to come on, which means the stone floors are quite cold then, albeit the room still feels warm. Shower had a very good pressure, which felt more like a power shower - fabulous are a few hours walking in nature. Lismore is very quiet this time of year, making it easy to walk on the narrow roads, although best to bring enough with esp when there just fir a weekend, as the local shop is closed on a Sunday , which we knew.

Very special place. The drive up is slightly challenging but very much worth it. We had a great time hiking up the surrounding hills, and waking up with a view over the lake and the farm!

I have stayed in many air bnbs but I can easily say this is one of the best. We arrived quite late after a long drive, so to open the door and be met with a warm and cosy place was heaven. The hot water bottles on the bed literally made me jump for joy! There is a lovely welcome pack with snacks and drinks (its these little touches that in my opinion, elevate an air bnb from average to something special) Very much appreciated. We did a lot of hillwalking so the warm shower and incredibly comfortable bed were perfect to come back to. The outdoor garden is a real gem and we enjoyed sitting outside in the sunshine admiring the first class views of the Glencoe mountains. Thank you Liz & Matt for being perfect hosts. I would stay here again in a heartbeat!
