Nos encantó nuestro tiempo en la villa de Sammy, el lugar súper tranquilo, seguro y bonito. Cerca de muchos lugares en los cuales o podíamos ir caminando o tomando algún transporte público. El lugar espectacular, los cuartos, cocina, alberca y terraza impecable. Al igual Sammy fue muy amigable y hostil desde un inicio al darnos el tour, darnos instrucciones e indicaciones, recomendaciones, al dejarnos usar sus cosas como juegos de mesa, toallas etc. Nos encantó a todas, de verdad se sintió como un hogar estás vacaciones, súper recomiendo!

El departamento es muy cómodo, silencioso pudimos descansar. Está muy cerca de la playa y tiendas alrededor lo que es mucho más cómodo. Diana es sumamente amable. Sin duda regresaría.

Un lugar bastante ameno para pasar unas buenas vacaciones con una amplia tranquilidad y comodidad.

Un lugar muy bonito, cómodo, extraordinarias vistas, muy recomendable para vacaciones tranquilas en familia y el departamento super equipado

Excelentes instalaciones, me hubiera encantado pasar más tiempo ahí, pero venimos a pasar tiempo en la playa entonces siento que no sacamos provecho del inmueble , sin embargo eso no le demerita lo bonito y cómodo que es, si el viaje hubiera sido con otra planeación y el mayor tiempo se hubiera pasado en el inmueble hubiera sido más rentable para nosotros. tomar en cuenta que hay que leer el reglamento de separación de residuos y preguntar por consumo de energía eléctrica.

Muy bonito, limpio, tranquilo y cómodo. Fácil de llegar, la playa estaba cerca. Al pendiente de que todo estuviera bien. Lo recomiendo ampliamente.

Rolando’s place was perfect for us, the recommendations and the amenities of the place were as described, for sure we will comeback to this place.

Olivia and her partners were very responsive, helped us schedule our Airport pick ups and drop offs and were prompt in replying to our questions in a friendly manner. The apartment was comfortable, clean and in easy walking distance to the Xochimilco, Jalatlaco. Zocalo, The botanical gardens, Cultural Museum, Santo Domingo de Guzman Cathedral as well as highly recommended restaurants, cafes and bakeries. We would highly recommend staying at this apartment

Appartement spacieux, propre et agréable. Cuisine bien équipée. Possibilité d’aérer l’espace avec les balcons des deux côtés de l’appartement. Hôte réactive et elle nous a donné des conseils pour les activités autour.

Un excelente lugar para disfrutar de tus vacaciones con tus amigos o pareja, con todo lo necesario para hacer de tu estancia un tiempo cómodo, seguro y tranquilo. Se encuentra a tan solo unas cuantas cuadras del centro de la capital y con muchas opciones cercanas para comer y divertirte. La comunicación es excelente siempre al pendiente de tus necesidades y con excelentes recomendaciones. Como extra cuenta con lugar interno de estacionamiento para mayor facilidad y seguridad. Recomendado ampliamente!

Nuestra estancia fue mucho más de lo que esperábamos es una zona muy bonita, el departamento está en una zona prácticamente a la orilla de la playa, súper cómodos, súper limpio, súper bonito y con todos los utensilios que necesita uno para sentirse como en casa, sin duda mis próximas vacaciones, volveré aquí mismo. En cuanto a la atención de Ana Julia fue todo impecable ella es muy atenta. Muchísimas gracias.

La ubicación y el acceso era muy bueno,las instrucciones claras, todo estaba limpio y ordenado, la atención por parte de sergio fue excelente. Recomiendo ampliamente el alojamiento.

I travel to Oaxaca city often and this Airbnb may be my fav. It was super comfortable, very quiet and close to everything. Great experience and will 100% be back in the future!

perfectly located just before the main Riconada strip. area is pretty quiet and my husband and I felt very safe walking around even after our late dinners. close to really great restaurants and cafes. close enough to walk to the Carrizalillo and Bacocho beach, as well as Centro for access to the market and ATMs. the actual property was so lovely, a perfect quiet getaway for our late honeymoon/babymoon. we are past our party days so this was just the kind of place we wanted, plus I was 6 months pregnant and was super comfortable here. we started and ended our days in the clean swimming pool which we usually had to ourselves. beautiful landscaping all over the property. when you step out onto the street you can see a skyline of the beach which is nice. from the airport, the taxi driver knew exactly where to drop us off. if we were going to go back to Puerto Escondido (this time with our kids) we would definitely be coming back here. all around lovely stay.

Gorgeous views, great hammocks, very close to walk to Peurto Angelito, Playa Manzanillo and Playa Carizallio (all the good swimming beaches). Watched the sunrise from our balcony, and walked 3 minutes to beautiful restaurant Espadin (or Playa Carizallio) for a gorgeous sunset. Quieter area, great host, well maintained pool and gardens. La Punta is about 15 minutes drive depending on traffic.

Fanny is a great host, the apartment is well suited for a couple, lots of good restaurants within a few minutes of walking.

La ubicación muy buena y el departamento muy cómodo y bonito

Eva’s spot was great and exactly as pictured! I liked that it was right across from the beach. The water pressure isn’t great,, but it’s good enough. The property is beautiful and hanging by the pool to escape the heat was nice. We did hear some music from Cactus night club in the late evening but it didn’t both us, bring earplugs if you are concerned.

Muy bonito lugar, está muy tranquilo. Puedes llegar caminando a la zona de restaurantes y bares. Silvia responde rápido si se necesita algo. Regresaría a hospedarme sin duda alguna. 🤗

Eines der schönsten airbnbs das ich je hatte! Alles sauber, einzigartiger Ausblick und sehr gute Kommunikation auch über Fragen über das wesentliche hinaus gehen. Am Ende wurden wir sogar noch zum Busbahnhof vom Gastgeber gefahren. 10 out of 10

El apartamento es precioso y súper cómodo. La piscina privada ha sido todo un lujo de poder disfrutar. La única pega que pongo es la ubicación, nosotras pensábamos que al estar en Punta Zicatela estaría al lado de todo y para nada!!! Tienes que moverte en taxi, moto o algún medio de transporte porque literalmente es imposible ir andando a donde están los bares y restaurantes. La zona es muyyyy oscura por la noche y da un poco de miedo
