This was our first time staying at an Airbnb. I was extremely nervous with so terrible stories I’ve heard from friend. Samantha made it so easy and everything was exactly as she described. We would stay here again.

One of the best Airbnb's I have stayed at. It was an amazing experience, stayed here for 2 months. Central to a lot of great food locations and peaceful neighborhood. Would love to stay again

This location is a duplex and my sister and I previously stayed in the upstairs unit. I thought we’d miss the view from up there, but honestly, I really enjoyed the lower unit more. It’s smaller but cozy and still enough space for two people (who know each other well). It’s not too tight and the kitchen (huge fridge and lots of counter space!) the bedroom and the bathroom were just the right size. There’s also great amenities and the water gets nice and hot. You will hear people walking around upstairs and there’s a train that’s nearby, but for the most part, it’s otherwise peaceful and quiet. And downtown Ferndale is a beautiful place with a lot of activity/sights to see. Overall, we had a wonderful stay.

We had a great stay! Perfect location and space for our needs. Beds and living room were really comfortable.

We had a great stay. #601 was huge and very convenient since we were there all day long for my son’s wedding. Grand parents were able to relax in suite while we were running around preparing for the wedding. Gave them a place to go when the party wasn’t over but they needed a break from the party. Then a place to gather with a few friends and family after the wedding for a night cap. The only thing we would have liked to see was hangers in the room.

We enjoyed staying at Ashley's place during the time that our family was handling a medical situation over a period of several week. Ashley and Jeffrey were both very good at communicating with us and always quick to respond. The unit itself is a very nicely/newly remodeled upstairs apartment in an older house. The furnishings were all very nice and high-quality. We especially appreciated the spacious kitchen and the comfortable beds. (Comfortable mattresses was a must-have for us). The bathrooms were both very nice and had lots of artistic flair as well. Overall, the place was well-appointed, as they say. Noise was the only complaint I would have... there's a train that runs 100 yards behind us, a busy road in front of the house, and apparently the people living below us were often making noise after 11 PM. We think they might work night-shifts. Ending on a positive note: the town of Holly is very lovely and had a lot of nice shops and restaurants. Overall, a good choice to stay.

This might be my favorite home that I’ve stayed in using Airbnb! Hanna Hospitality was super communicative, proactive, and kind. The home itself felt extremely clean and like a family home. I spent most of my time out in downtown Clarkston, but pretty much stayed on the deck or in the water when I was there. All of the furniture in this home was clean and comfortable, making it easy to lounge indoors and outdoors. The bed was almost more comfortable than my bed at home. The home is as described, and even cleaner than expected. The only challenge and my reason for the four stars: it was a bit frustrating to get into the front door. Hanna Hospitality provided clear directions for the keypad, but it’s weird that you had to “wake it up.” I hope I get to stay here again each time I visit Clarkson! Thank you for this wonderful stay!

Can’t say enough about George’s place and George himself. I’ve never had such an accommodating air bnb host. George was incredibly responsive and willing to help no matter what the request was! He was even kind enough to provide additional amenities for our young kids (high chair, yard toys, etc.). The use of George’s swing set and trampoline was great for our kids, too. It felt like we had a whole outdoor play land to ourselves. We felt safe and at home the entire time here, which is more than we could have asked for. Would absolutely stay again if in the area.

Look like what we saw on the app. nice, clean, and neat house. Has a lot comfortable features. beautiful surroundings and respectful neighborhood. not faraway from market area and restaurants. I highly recommend to reserving for families.

Great place in the area.

We were in town for work and needed a space for two people that was clean, close to amenities, and gave both people privacy. This place was perfect! AJ was super responsive and made sure we had everything we needed. Definitely recommend staying here!

Super responsive host. Had a problem with the lock the first time walking in, and all it took was one phone call to resolve the problem. Overall very clean and comfortable stay.

We enjoyed the living room area and having plenty room to hang out together in addition to the 1/2 bath located on the first floor. Complex was quiet. We would definitely stay here again when we come visit our son for a weekend. The house fit 5 of us comfortably and we enjoyed hanging out and not being cramped in hotel rooms. We made appetizers for dinner one night and the kitchen had what we needed.

Theo is a great host. We had a wonderful stay. The space was very cozy and comfortable and it was located in a nice neighborhood that was close to a lot of amazing restaurants and shops.

This place was absolutely amazing. The location was perfect, the space was clean and comfortable , and the host was incredibly welcoming. I had a wonderful experience and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great stay.

This place was perfect for our visit to family in the area. The proximity to downtown meant that we could walk to coffee and breakfast in the morning. The bed was very comfortable and the street was quiet. I hadn't noticed the hot tub in the listing, and it was a pleasant surprise. Dana was very helpful and communicated well. The shower temperature was challenging to get right - that was the only minor inconvenience. This is a comfortable place for one person or a couple. The kitchen is small but adequate for storing a few items and heating up a soup or loaf of bread.

Mortada’s listing looked just like the photos. I booked this listing last minute and was accommodated same day and host was very communicative with me. The bedroom linens were clean, smelled fresh, stocked up paper towels, tissues, use of basic kitchen amenities provided. This complex was very quiet, peaceful and felt at “home”. Towels were provided and clean. The listing also has a washer and dryer inside of the unit which is a plus. Though bowling and the pool table were closed after office hours the stay was still great! I’d recommend and I’ll stay again when I’m in the area.

I would stay here again in a heart beat and I plan to. The surrounding area is very quiet and very nice. Fast food and grocery stores and restaurants are very close by and that’s super helpful! 10/10 on my experience!

Kristina is a very thoughtful, friendly and patient person. The house is clean and nice. When I was living there, I felt I was home. Highly recommend!

Stayed for a night and caught a show at royal oaks theater. I couldn’t not recommend this spot more. A few bucks more than a hotel room but so worth it. Insanely close to so many things, great spots to eat and drink, a market next door, quiet neighborhood. Very comfortable and private inside, cool basement vibes.
