You will have a separate entrance to your unit, and it’s self check in/ check out. I am available anytime to answer any of your questions or concerns. The upper-level studio apartment is in a quiet, safe neighborhood in Daly City, with great restaurants and groceries within walking distance. It’s a few minutes’ drive to Bart Station and Fort Funston Beach, and 15 minutes to downtown San Francisco. Uber, Bart You are renting the upper section of the house, the lower unit belongs to other Airbnb guests. Although I have done extensive upgrades on sound proofing between the two units, loud noise or heavy footsteps can still transfer and disturb guests from downstairs. Please be respectful to the space and other guests.

Our house welcomes guests. Solely used for rental purposes. It contains all household luxuries without the clutter of a hosts personal belongings. It’s your own luxury Lake Merritt Hotel. Large 4+ bedroom 3 king beds, 1 queen, 1 full all in separate rooms! There are eight elegant rooms consisting four bedrooms, laundry, full dining and living rooms, modern kitchen, 2 1/2 baths. A deck for entertaining. 1 car garage along with easy parking, wifi with two TVs on main level w/ bluetooth stereo.

Two room in-law suite with private entry, private bath and kitchenette. Deck entry overlooking Temescal Creek and towering 100 year old coastal Redwoods. Shared garden across the bridge. Walk to Lake Temescal and Montclair Village. Easy, quick access to Hwys 13 and 24. Short drive to UC Berkeley, Mills College and California College of the Arts, the Berkeley Gourmet Ghetto, and Oaklands many fine restaurants. Some small dogs accepted, no large dogs, and no cats due to allergies.

We built this apartment with the thought that someday we would live in it ourselves. Thus, we chose to go "high end" with construction materials, fixtures, linens, and cookware. The apartment opens to our backyard garden, with a patio and bocce court. Two blocks from Golden Gate Park, we are in a safe neighborhood, and are close to main bus lines, museums, great restaurants, and beautiful hikes. I have consistently been a Superhost since I started hosting, 13 years ago.
