The Good Life Lakehouse Lake Access & White River

The Good Life is a family friendly lakehouse that we want to share with you! With Bull Shoals lake right outside your back deck it is accessible for fishing, swimming, relaxing, boating, and/or exploring. Our lakehouse has 3 BR, 2 BA, sun-room, and wrap around deck that gives ample space for that relaxation you crave. Or if it is excitement you want, head to the Marina which is a 5 min. drive to rent boats, jet skis, kayaks, or canoes! There is also a cave nearby to venture through! Come enjoy!

Located just 1 mile from Lost Woods Golf Course and 4 minutes from both Theodosia Marina and Spring Creek lake access. Features a fully stocked kitchen with essentials. A spacious living room including a double-sided fireplace, perfect for relaxing indoors. Outside, enjoy a large wood-burning fireplace. The main bedroom has a king bed, while the second bedroom offers two queen beds; both equipped with smart TVs. The bathroom includes a double vanity. A laundry room with washer dryer available.
