This charming Grade II-listed two bedroom maisonette is situated within a row of ancient dwellings, just a short stroll from Wells Cathedral, The Bishop's Palace and the heart of Wells. The Coach House

It is the perfect base to explore the county of Somerset with Glastonbury Tor, Wookey Hole Caves and Cheddar Gorge all within 20 minutes drive. There are 2 village pubs, a cafe and grocery shop all just a 15 minute walk away.

The Coach House between Bath & Wells

The Coach House is situated within gated grounds of our Georgian home and had recently gone under complete renovations and now boasts a luxurious and contemporary style of living. This includes an open plan kitchen, dining and living space of which the kitchen incorporates integrated fridge, freezer, hob, double oven, dishwasher and washing machine. The dining table can extend and comfortably seat 12 people making it perfect for family/friends to get together.

Churchside Cottage

Churchside cottage is a beautiful 15th centuary cottage in the centre of Wells. This house has been newly renovated for hosting, comprising of 2 bedrooms suited to a family. Wells is the smallest city in England, and this characterful cottage is right in the centre of it. Located at the bottom of the high street this central location offers pubs and restaurants, rural walks (perfect for our 4 legged friends!) and shops all within a couple of minutes walk.

The Hole in the Wall, Nr Bath, Longleat, Cheddar

The Hole in the Wall is a Grade 2 listed building, the owners occupy the main house at the front and the holiday cottage (which is separate) is at the side/rear, it is 20 - 30 mins from Bath, Wells, Longleat, Glastonbury & Cheddar. On the ground floor there is a well equipped kitchen diner, on the first floor there is a very large lounge with sofas at one end and a double bed at the other end. There is a separate bedroom with twin beds.

Smithy at Blatchbridge

From the foundation of a blacksmith the smithy is a 2 bedroom house. With double height spaces in the living area and the downstairs bedroom. The downstairs bedroom has an en-suite shower room and walk in wardrobe. Upstairs there is a bathroom with bath and another double bedroom. It is very close to Longleat, Nunney Castle and the neighbouring town of Frome along with the city of Bath is a half hour drive away.
