The Roost at Hayden Lake

Escape to Hayden Lake. This waterfront guesthouse is well-equipped for a relaxing stay in beautiful North Idaho. You'll find a modern rustic space with a fully stocked kitchen, cozy fireplace, serene surroundings, and an inspiring view of the lake. During any sort of winter weather, 4WD or snow tires are advised to get you safely in and out of the neighborhood. The neighboring home is undergoing construction from Apr-Sep 2026. You can expect construction noise and traffic during the daytime.

The kitchenette allows for freedom to cook your own meals if desired. The space is part of but separated from the main home with keyed doors to protect your privacy. There is also an outdoor kid’s playhouse and a play set with swings, slide and sandbox.

Please note: it's located above our garage with 18 stairs to get in. The nearest public beach is 5 minutes away.

Restored 1909 Train Carriage on 145 Acres

This car ran on the Washington Idaho & Montana Railway from 1909 until around 1955. It was, (and is), car number 306, bought new from the American Car and Foundry Co.
