If you are arriving by train walk straight out the entrance / exit and follow your nose directly across the street. Couldn’t be more convenient. Clerk(s) on duty and ready to help. Restaurants aplenty within walking distance. Clean facilities, hot water, good WiFi. Works for me. I’d do it again.

The apartment was perfect for our family of 3. The AC worked perfectly, added with the blackout blinds and the quietness made for a great night sleep. the receptions staff was very friendly and helpful. Highly recommend this location.

The management was very helpful. It is a basic hotel, cute and a good price.

Sonia and Pedro are great hosts, and their place was perfect. My room was large, very clean and bright, and quite comfortable. The apartment is located in a great place, very convenient to everything I needed to see and visit in Geneva, allowing me to walk on foot everywhere I went. My communication was mostly with Pedro, who was very helpful and answered all my questions (he was fast to respond, and very easy to communicate with). We had an excellent conversation about work and careers over breakfast, an enjoyable start to the day. I will definitely stay here again if given the opportunity!

Ruby Claire was in the perfect area. 10 minute walk from the main train station (Genève). Also in walking distance to the majority attractions. It was easy to find, very clean, and the staff were lovely. The bed was so comfortable. We were also given free drink coupons for the bar upstairs. The drinks, food, and service at the 24 hour bar was fenomenal. I highly recommend staying here!

Idéalement situé dans une ancienne maison de la proche banlieue de Genève très bien desservi par des transports en commun très accessibles Un hôte très réactif, très agréable, possédant une bibliothèque très éclectique traduisant le caractère plus humaniste que révolutionnaire du siècle des lumières bien que nous soyions dans la patrie de Rousseau Seul bémol les possibilités de parking sont difficiles à comprendre

Michel est réactif et surtout compréhensif La chambre est comme sur les photos et propre L’emplacement dans la ville est idéal avec un arrêt de bus à 2minutes à pied

J’ai malheureusement mal réservé mon séjour et je suis venue le jour d’après le personnel a été très gentil et m’a quand même laisser logé dedans. J’ai pu également recevoir la chambre plus tôt que leurs convenu , je recommande !
