Our property has 5 modern and stylish apartments, all with the best features of a new-age smart house. This three bedroom apartment is located on the third floor of the property and is comfortable for 5-7 persons. The features include a double bed, air-conditioning, free Wi-Fi, a roof terrace with a hot tub and with a sea view, a lounge zone next to the hot tub, and much more.

This new villa is located near a sandy beach in a quiet location. The villa consists of three bedrooms, living room with kitchen, dining room, three bathrooms and guest toilet. A sun terrace with barbecue, sauna, fitness room, private parking and WiFi are available to our guests. All bedrooms have a bathroom and air conditioning. The pool is heated. Near our accommodation there are restaurants, bars, supermarkets and the most famous tourist resort with entertainment facilities.

House is situated in a small village of Maslenica - Jasenice. Spacious holiday house with direct access to the charming beach is a perfect accomodation for stress free vacation. Set in very private grounds in the heart of the olive grove. Suitable for family vacations away from traffic, crowd, noise..yet only 7 km from the center of Šibenik. Guests can enjoy private beach in front of the house. On the dock, there is a boat mooring and a mooring buoy for guests arriving by boat. Canoe and kayaks are free for our guests.
