Also 30 minutes to either San Francisco, the Wine Country, or the Ocean (Point Reyes, Inverness, Tomales Bay). House is very comfortable, cozy, fully equipped, very clean, nicely furnished, and can accommodate a family of 5, or one or two couples nicely.
