I booked this accommodation for my daughter for 10 nights. The property was clean, comfortable and very welcoming. If there was any advise she needed from the owner, she immediately got a response.

Great place, really nice to stay at. Comfy beds and lovely touches with the crumpets jam, teas and coffee. Well decorated and nice outside space out the back too. We had a good time. Only points would have been nice to have an armchair in the front room as there was 4 of us. There was some parts that needed a bit of a clean and a few spider webs in corners etc but didn’t affect our stay.

Brilliant value for a group of us including four teenagers for a football match in Mansfield. Good location (10 minutes walk to town and 15 minutes to the football ground) and plenty of take aways/shops nearby. Plenty of space in the house and big fridge/freezer etc and due to the size of the group, it was a real bonus to have 3 bathrooms/showers. Also, parking was good as we travelled in four separate cars and a quiet area as the house is located across from a primary school so very little noise at night. Definitely would book again but hoping not to if we get promoted😀

Good place to stay for a night out in Nottingham. Has a Lidl across the road which is helpful if you forget or need anything. Spacious house easy to park outside and get to use the permit. Only negative to say was it’s on a main road and you can hear all the traffic fairly early in the morning, however that is no fault of the host. And Is expected when looking at the location for the booking. Would recommend staying here to anyone in a group looking to go out in Nottingham you can walk to all the bars.

Really enjoyed our stay. Five us spent a very comfortable couple of days. Looks exactly like the pictures, absolutely spotless and incredibly generous with the amenities. Really appreciated the muffins when we walked in after a long car ride! Would 100% recommend and would all happily stay again. Thank you so much.

I can’t praise this place enough, it was so homely. The kitchen had everything you need and more, top spec. All the beds are very comfortable. The sofa was very cosy and spacious. The garden was a highlight, lovely and quiet with lots of space to relax. The overall location was nice and quiet at night. Lynsey & Matt are friendly, accommodating and responsive. We had a fabulous stay at Bumblee Barn. It was perfectly pleased for our family as we went to a wedding at Norwood House. The accommodation was exactly as described and was the perfect size for seven of us and a small baby. The bedrooms were spacious and comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped and a good size. The garden and games room were under utilised! But nonetheless a wonderful addition! Susan left a fabulous hamper of welcome goodies for us which were all delicious. Highly recommend and will hopefully stay again!

A lovely few days in the impressive Diamond House. Plenty of space, excellent facilities, felt very welcome. We will certainly be looking to return in the future. Thank you.

An excellent place to say and great communication from Cara. On-site parking made arrival and unloading really easy, and it's a relatively short walk into East Leake centre where there are plenty of amenities.

We had a great stay at The Fern with our two dogs. The secure garden with hot tub was very private and the fields on the site were perfect for our dogs to run around. We loved the puzzle box! Having an EV charger on site was a great feature too, that we made good use of. The space downstairs was very generous and well equipped. The bed upstairs was huge and the view from the window across the site was fantastic, especially at sunrise. Nigel was very friendly and responsive, providing lots of local info for things to do. Thank you for a fab stay!

Great stay at Julie's. We stayed overnight at The Rest whilst visiting family in nearby Retford. It was a comfortable stay with everything we needed to hand. Breakfast supplies were very much appreciated! Julie was responsive, helpful and welcoming. We hope to return in the future.

The place is a lot bigger than on the photos. The secluded garden was brilliant for my dog and the big field opposite was an added bonus to walk him. It is very peaceful and I would definitely book it again. Gabby was very quick in replying, when we got lost and needed fire-lighters for the log burner.

we had everything we needed for our stay. Lovely welcome box, well equipped kitchen. beautifully decorated and lovely and clean. Double bed was so comfy! and the bath/bathroom was luxurious. Felt very cozy and homely

Great stay at the beautiful farmhouse. Exactly as described and Stephanie was a brilliant host!

Although a tad expensive for the size, I would still recommend it if you’re after a relaxing , comfortable and very easy to feel at home vibe. We really enjoyed it, especially the quirky n wild back garden. Fab wee sitting areas dotted around. A real sense of peace with the 2 ponds n fish n gurgling water. Dog enjoyed mooching round it too. Good location for all the pubs, canal walks, river walks etc. If you’re interested in canal and boat history, have a wee jaunt round the museum in the wharf at the Clock Warehouse. All in all it was a lovely stay. Just wish it was less money as would stay over n over. 👍

Jennie greeted us and let us into her wonderful property, showing us the best places to take walks and visit in the area. An extremly lovely house to come back to after long walks or day trips out and even had the perfect weather to enjoy the hot tub. It was just two of us staying in the property so more than enough room for anyone with a party of 4 looking to book somewhere - a positive and amazing first Air BnB experience, highly recommend to anyone thinking of staying here!

Fantastic experience from start to end. Booking was super easy, we made some amends and Lia was responsive. Had questions pre-arrival, great communication. Pre-arrival instructions were thorough and really clear. So easy to just get in and get sorted. The place itself is fantastic, knew it looked fab but in real-life it was so worth it. Absolutely brilliantly laid out property, perfectly thought through. Good size rooms, and flexibility that we could bring an airbed to use the 4th room for an adult, opposed to a toddler. Good variety of kitchen equipment and utensils. As opposed to some places you stay where it's white walls, no personality. This place is oozing with personality. It's clearly semi-lived in, but still free from clutter and thought through things like a guest fridge and a resident fridge for instance. The garden is stunning and it's so quiet. Hot tub is also a wonderful edition. The chickens also just sum up what this place is. Thank you - will definitely be back!

We had a wonderful stay - Ben was extremely helpful with any questions we had. The cottage was lovely and we were lucky enough to see deer grazing by the fence in the evening. The hot tub was really toasty and perfect for evening relaxing. Perfectly out of the way and the directions were easy to follow as long as you read them carefully!

I can not recommend highly enough. My son and myself stayed for 3 nights, everything was exactly as described. We felt instantly at home. We shall be returning, many thanks for having us in your lovely lodge.

Lovely lodge in serene setting - very very quiet on single track road. Cycle paths very close. Sherwood pines centre close. Great stay with two grandchildren and family called in.

Brilliant stay, Andrew was very attentive and helped us as soon as we needed him. Also delivered fresh eggs to up level our breakfasts. The place was bigger than the pictures and the amenities had everything we needed. Perfect location for a weekend away with 12 people! Loved the fact that the bedrooms were all together upstairs and downstairs. Very good hosts, easy to find and brilliant amenities within and outside the property.

We have the most peaceful stay here! Brilliant communication from the hosts from the start and throughout. The hot tub was by far the best! We practically lived in it. It was lovely to see the beautiful surroundings and piggies! No complaints and hoping to return!

This is a great base to explore Lincoln, Newark and Sherwood Forest. Lots of walks and history in the area. Philip recommended 2 great pubs, Prince Rupert in Newark and Hare & Hounds in Fulbeck. We also really enjoyed the Alpacca Farm and Doddington House. Philip lives close by and came to greet us on arrival. He is very friendly and helpful. The hot tub was great and accommodation very clean.
