The Perfect Location! Notre Dame and Ile St Louis

Hello future friends, I would like to describe my home to you ... Situated in the heart of Paris on the unique island of the Île Saint-Louis, it is a charming 32 m2 (345sq ft) two-floor apartment located on a quiet pedestrian street, next to the south bank of the river Seine, by the Quai d’Orléans... only a few minutes' walk from Notre Dame Cathedral, and a few seconds from the banks of the river Seine, with swans, ducks and the river traffic. The apartment is surrounded by the island's special village atmosphere, with tiny streets lined with boutiques, bistros, and typical Parisian cafes. You are also within walking distance of several open-air markets, chic Saint-Germain-des-Prés, the Luxembourg Gardens, the Marais, Place des Vosges, the Louvre and everything romantic Paris can offer you. This ground-floor apartment is in a beautiful 17th-century “Hotel Particulaire” built in 1650, with its original heavy wooden door ! … it is on the street level, so no need to carry your suitcases up many flights of stairs! The ground floor includes a living and dining area with the original beams and a separate kitchen. Decorated in my special boho-chic style, it is very comfortable, with fast internet and Wi-Fi, an HD TV with 150 channels, and a fully equipped modern kitchen. On the first floor, there is a large bedroom with a large queen-size bed, plenty of cupboard space, and a bathroom with a bathtub/wall and hand shower, toilet, and sink. As a 17th-century building, there's always a hitch, and here it's the low beam running through the back of the bathroom. You can see it in the photos, so just be aware of that whilst showering :)! It is part of the charm of being in the oldest part of Paris in a building classified by the Ville de Paris. All the rooms have windows. If, after a day of walking around and discovering this beautiful city, you'd like a quiet evening at home, you'll find some of the best little cheese, wine, vegetable, fruit, and bakery shops in Paris, plus a wonderful butcher, just around the corner. Perfect for cooking a delicious meal and relaxing with a glass of wine. Notre-Dame: bright, historic, central A/C

Le Saint-Landry is a two bedroom flat built on two levels in the historical heart of Paris, the ile de la Cite, mostly famous for housing Notre-Dame, the Sainte-Chapelle and the Conciergerie. Seven windows, of which two face the Town Hall with the Seine in between, make the place bright. It was built in the 18th century over a 13th century vaulted anchorage on the edge of the former Port Saint-Landry which was the first harbor of the city.
