The penthouse was amazing. Great view of the city. The penthouse was equipped with a lot of the necessary stuff you might need. This will keep you from traveling with a lot of unnecessary items you don’t need. The beds were so freaking comfortable. I slept like a baby. Another nice touch was the champagne left for us to drink with a pleasant note welcoming us into the penthouse. I really enjoyed my stay. It was fantastic!!!

We stayed for one month. It was a pleasant stay. No issues. Everything was as advertised -- no surprises. Would stay again.

Alicia was amazing to work with and extremely responsive! Weather caused changes to my travel plans which created plenty of other stress and she was fantastic to work with to sort out! Very clear and detailed instructions. No questions throughout my stay. She checked in to make sure everything was going well. Primary reason for booking was the proximity to Yale campus. It was perfect, 3 blocks away. Quiet building with helpful residents when asked questions. It is an older building. The unit has some great updates in the kitchen and bath that fit the space and make it more functional and inviting. Will definitely stay again!

Great location and stay

The apartment was beautifully renovated, quiet, and comfortable. Its location is ideal, with easy access to shops, cafes, and restaurants, and it's right next to the Aqueduct Trail. Jay was responsive and quick to address all of my questions. We were sorry our stay was so short, but we definitely plan to return for a longer visit!.

Best Air Bnb I’ve ever stayed in! My stay was amazing! I, along with my kids felt right at home. We did NOT want to leave and wish we could’ve stayed longer. Check-in/out instructions were very simple & detailed. The place looks exactly the way it does in the pictures. I wish I could buy this unit lol! We loved the skylights and central air features as well! The plants were beautiful! The only thing I’d suggest is more wash cloths as we had only one and there were 3 of us. The iron may need to be replaced as it got extremely hot and burned a hole through my son’s dress pants! Lastly, if you have ambulatory issues, this unit is on the third floor so just an FYI! All in all, I loved the place and will definitely be back! SN: Shelley was very attentive, responsive, and engaging! Great host! I highly recommend! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Good stay. A little bit of an issue getting in at check in and could of cleaned the floors better other wise it looks as described and peaceful.

Marcela was a fabulous host! She is very thoughtful and we had everything we needed. She also responds very quickly. The place was very clean and efficiently organized. It is a true gem. We would definitely stay again! Thank you Marcela!!!!

This is a great studio. We have stayed in many Airbnb’s past 4 years of coming to New Haven for daughters college years but never in such a good location This is walkable to everything Yale and downtown Soooo many good restaurants plus the museums etc Very Comfy bed lots of towels Shower water takes a minute to get hot but there’s lots of it when it dies plus there’s dispensers of shampoo conditioner and body wash. even iron and board plus umbrellas! Everything u could need has been thought of! Will definitely book again. Hosts very responsive. Some reviews mentioned the elevator …worked fine for us! FYI very clean well managed laundromat next door Thank you

If we don't give a good review, can we keep this to ourselves?! Patti was a perfect host; the views were fantastic, whether from the outdoor porch or inside through the French doors looking out on the water. Access to the small beach and pool were excellent and we were close to several good restaurants (many of which Patti suggested, including some on the water) for take-out during the pandemic. Wifi was great and everything was very clean and as advertised. We generally fly for vacations and long weekends but had to stay closer to home this year and this was a perfect choice.

James es una persona muy amable. Siempre estuvo pendiente y en comunicación. La ubicación del alojamiento esta muy cerca de la línea 1 del metro (a solo dos cuadras que toman 3 minutos caminando), esto te permite llegar a la mayoría de los principales lugares por visitar en Nueva York. Agradecemos mucho el café que podiamos tomar en la mañana en el alojamiento y las botellas disponibles para tomar. En la época del año que viajamos preferimos abrir la ventana de la habitación para no pasar calor, pero en verano probablemente sea necesario utilizar el aire acondicionado y solo sugeririamos algún ajuste/arreglo al mismo para disminuir el ruido que produce al encerderlo. Kwami's flat was the perfect choice for me. I didnt meet Kwami as he was travelling, but felt at home immediately. Havent seen an apartment with a better view and better light ever. If you want to sleep with open windows and are a light sleeper like me, bring earplugs. It is quiet in comparison to Manhatten, but there are still cars and the occasional siren. That said I slept extremely well, bed was very comfy, and I woke up with a good mood every day; living so high up was just fantastic.

This is a beautiful place to stay! Very clean and pleasantly decorated! Our family felt completely at home. We had everything we needed for our three-day stay. The kitchen was well-stocked, there were plenty of amenities and even a great selection of games that our family enjoyed playing. We were close to a couple of beautiful beaches and a wonderful cozy local coffee shop. Miguel and Kaitlyn are great hosts! Very responsive, helpful and friendly! We would highly recommend their place and would definitely stay again!

My colleagues and I really enjoyed our stay. Everything was clean and looked just like the pictures. Erna was very proactive and had a great personality.

We loved our stay at Deborah and David's home. The house was perfect for our family, so clean and well equipped. It is even better than on the photos. And what an amazing backyard for the kids!

Victoria was a gracious host - always quick to respond, flexible, and willing to assist. Entire process was easy from start to finish. In my opinion, the house was actually better in person than pictured in the listing. We were happily surprised with the cleanliness and comfort. The garage was a nice added value!

This place was amazing from the moment I walked in being welcomed with a stocked kitchen of breakfast essentials. The rooms were cozy and clean. I was so intrigued with the house being built in 1802 and history on the walls with all the renovations. My host was very responsive and helpful from start to finish. Will definitely stay here again if I’m in the area.

Wonderful, very responsive hosts. Loved staying in the house. House is beautiful decorated & spotless & super clean. Plenty of towels snd blankets. Kitchen is amazing and we had enough coffee pods for the entire stay. The bottle of wine was a great touch. Will definitely stay there again when we visit our uncle in Westport. This was such a nice space and Lisa was a nice and accommodating host. This place is full character and wonder. Very artistic color energy in this place. We started my daughter’s 18th birthday celebration here with what is her last sleepover with friends. The hot tub, steam room and sauna were the first things and last things used. They enjoyed it so much! Thanks for your hospitality Lisa. If we ever need something like this again. We will be sure to look you up! Blessings

Tanya’s place is a goth for me always a great stay wonderful neighborhood and it’s a short drive to the city
