Misty Ridge - Kennerdell Getaway

Plenty of wood work and a gorgeous stone fireplace in the center of the living room. The house is located only 2m from a boat launch on the Allegheny River, yet just 10m from WalMart. The Titusville Mill

The Titusville Mill is a historic feed mill converted into a restaurant/event venue. Your space will be the beautiful second and third floors, often used for a bridal/groom suite for our seasonal weddings. This is a true gem in the community of Titusville. The OC&T, Drake's Well, The Iron Work Tapp-house, and the Ida Tarbell house are must-see local landmarks near us. Our full-service restaurant is open Tuesday - Thursday, 10 A- 8PMSaturday, 10 AM - 9PM and Sunday for brunch from 10AM-2PM.

Rustic Retreat

Beautiful sunsets, relaxing atmosphere, and plenty of open space. Just a few miles outside of Titusville, this newly renovated one bedroom home offers a peaceful place to stay. The house includes a fully equipped kitchen, one bedroom with a king bed, and a pullout sofa in the living room. A fire pit, firewood, and six Adirondack chairs are available for use in a private area behind the house. There is a large backyard with trails through the woods and around the field for guests to explore.

Riverbend Cabin~ Allegheny Island Wilderness Area

Located at the end of a quiet lane, with a stunning view of the Allegheny River, our riverfront cabin is the perfect getaway to relax with family and friends. Nestled right between Tidioute and Warren, our cabin is close to many sites within the National Forest: Buckaloons, Heart's Content, Rocky Gap, etc. There's also a great view of Crull's Island, a 96 acre paradise within the Allegheny Wilderness Area. Be on the lookout for heron, osprey, waterfowl, deer, and the amazing bald eagle!

Kick back and relax in our peaceful, cozy space. We have a wooded area that surrounds the back and side of the house. Come and enjoy a warm fire up in the woods under the beautiful Hemlock trees, as well as the bubbling, steamy hot tub tucked under our pergola behind the house. Satellite Tv, WiFi, full size fridge, microwave, apartment size oven/stove, wood stove (primary heat in colder months) and electric baseboard heat 2 double beds, bunk beds. wood stove in garage. Easy access to NY State Land Snowmobile trails! Great location for hunters,Snowmobilers, cross country skiers, hikers, kayakers and all outdoor enthusiasts! Near Cassadaga Lake.

Sweet Solitude

Are you needing a place to forget the hustle of life to focus on what’s important? Sweet solitude provides a quiet, romantic getaway for you and your bestie to enjoy the beauty of nature! Our cabin is locally sourced. The timbers were sawed at a local hemlock mill. The exterior is made of boards we had milled from old pines along US Hwy 322. Even the stones we laid for the fireplace once splashed in a local creek.

Island Cabin - The Paddle Inn

Abundant privacy is yours at this Island paradise on beautiful Cassadaga Lakes. Accessible by an arched bridge or boat, the cottage is brand new inside and out, is environmentally friendly, provides endless outdoor adventure and a charming interior. Welcome to the Downstream Dome! Our newly constructed geodesic dome allows you to wake up to a one of a kind view of the gorgeous Allegheny River, all while feeling nestled in with nature. The Dome includes one Queen bed, one bathroom, dining area, full kitchen, outdoor patio area with a hot tub, grill, and fire pit.
