Within the five-hundred-acre estate you are surrounded by nature at its best. There are two lakes and the Otter-Burn in the grounds. Also an array of footpaths with stunning scenery and an abundance of wildlife close by.

Our lovely two-bedroom lodge is on an attractive park of 14 privately owned timber lodges. It looks out towards rolling hills and eating outside is a delight in fine weather. There is a small playground, a barbecue area and a mini-laundrette. It is 15 minutes’ walk to the centre of Longframlington with its two pubs, the famous Running Fox teashop, a village store and butcher’s shop. Linden Lodge is an ideal base for exploring the breathtaking Northumberland countryside and coast.

Our small site is nestled in 500 acres of established woodlands which is home to our little red squirrel friend and roe deer, who are always curious too see new faces.

Our cedarwood lodge has been designed and built for our family and friends to use when they visit. It is in a rural setting about 4 miles outside the market town of Cockermouth but is actually located in the Lake District National Park with stunning views over the fells, Binsey, Skiddaw, Bassenthwaite Lake and Keswick. The lodge has been designed to make the most of those idyllic views and is a retreat for anyone wanting to relax, unwind and enjoy our “world Heritage” status.

We're a 20 minute drive from the coast which has stunning cliff top walks and beautiful little bays and fishing villages. Serenity Lodge is set in 48 acres of woodland, and has a small lake to the rear of the cabin. This gives you plenty space to walk and explore. If nature isnt your thing then there is some lovely pubs and restaurants in the area for you to enjoy.
