We own the local live music venue and have frequently have bands coming to town that need a clean safe location! Amazing girls weekend at Ryan’s house. Such a great host and we couldn’t ask for a better weekend. The dock made the trip! We spent our entire time out there, just relaxing.

We spent a lovely few days at this home and highly recommend it! The location is fantastic -- right on the water on a quiet creek -- with all the things you need to enjoy yourself. We were very happy to have a fully fenced yard since we brought our dogs. If anything, I think the photos undersell the house: for instance, the furniture in the living room is larger and nicer than it appears in the pics, so you can really spread out and relax in there. A note to EV drivers: we brought our EV and there's conveniently an outdoor 110v outlet on the side of the house next to the driveway.

Our second time staying at Jan’s beautiful waterfront home was even better than the first! The home itself is a gem, filled with lovely decor and thoughtful touches. Jan makes it a home away from home. We were close to restaurants, and enjoyed a great dinner out before heading back to relax. The TV room upstairs is perfect for kids to hang out, and the well equipped kitchen had everything we needed. We will be back again, I’m sure!

We had a beautiful long weekend, gorgeous views, pet friendly so our lil beasts could have a great time too, and the hosts were very kind, accommodating and responsive. Would absolutely come back! Try the oysters ! Hang out by the fire pit! Kayak along the sandbar! Wonderful spot ❤️

We really enjoyed our stay at rhis beautiful house. It was very clean, spacious, and well kept. The house's surroundings were well kept too. Jennifer, the host, communicated with us proactively and was very responsive to all our inquiries. Our stay was everything we’d hoped for. So much thought has gone into anticipating guests’ needs and helpful signs are posted throughout the property to help guests use the plentiful amenities. The residence was clean upon arrival, and everything was in good working order. The house itself is beautiful and spacious, with up-to-date décor and appliances. Highly recommend!

Connie's house was the perfect getaway. Fully equipped with anything you may need and more. If you want to go to a place to enjoy their restaurants and stores, this is not the place as the town doesn't have much to offer in that sense, nor the next town Warsaw. We drove one day to Fredericksburg for a nice restaurant and it was great. For basic needs there is a convenience store five minutes away and a Food Lions 15 minutes drive. Now about the house: the game room is a plus with arcade, ping pong and board games; kitchen has everything you need including a big fridge with ice maker (big tray with a constant supply of ice); reliable wifi; TVs in every room; big bath tub in the main bathroom; nice backyard with a table to eat outside and a solo fire pit in front of the water, and nice kayaks that you can use steps from the house (watch the tide as when it goes down, there is not enough water to get in); and importantly the place was spotless, no clutter, no dust. Totally recommend it

It was absolutely wonderful staying at Joanne's home. It was very comfortable and loved the outdoor firepit. Very peaceful and lovely home. We would love to come back again for another visit.

House was great with space for everyone whether we gathered for a meal or game wanted to spread out. Super easy walk to the beach and boardwalk. GREAT coffee shop and a few gems of restaurants and shops-we were definitely there in off season and the town was not fully opened - lots of opportunity in the town and lots of places getting opened for the season! Would be a great place for a quick summer getaway

We loved our stay at the Rosé Retreat and are so sad to leave! The place was spacious and beautiful- we felt right at home. The surroundings were so peaceful and serene. Roxanne and Tara were very responsive and helpful. This was the perfect place for our family to spend a fun weekend together. When we come back to Irvington, we will absolutely stay at the Rosé Retreat again!

The house is beautiful. The neighborhood is quiet. The neighbors are very friendly. Cupboards were stocked. The view of the river is gorgeous. Brian responded quickly to any questions we had. Check in and out was very easy. We really enjoyed our stay and would love to stay again.

We had an amazing weekend at this charming little Airbnb camper right on the Chesapeake Bay. The peaceful, rustic setting and stunning waterfront views made for the perfect escape. We loved falling asleep to the sounds of the waves, enjoying the marina amenities, and relaxing on a secluded beach with birds flying overhead. The host, Morgan, was fantastic, and we can’t wait to return!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this beautiful cottage by the water! The home itself is cozy, spotless, and thoughtfully decorated — it felt like a true retreat. Waking up to the peaceful views of the water every morning was just magical. The location is perfect, with some fantastic restaurants just a short drive away — everything from fresh seafood to charming cafes. Heather was incredibly welcoming and made sure everything was perfect for our stay. I can’t recommend this place enough and can’t wait to come back!

...I didn't know what to expect, as one never does. Cheryl provides way more than any hotel in the region. I have been comfortable from the moment that I arrived. Every little discovery of the amenities is actually joyous. She is very attentive to the subtleties of hosting! The cottage views the water and the treeline...so peaceful, and the wildlife is rare and amazing, you never know what you are going to see. I will stay here again based off my first experience. Thank you Cheryl for sharing this wonderful place.

Susan was gracious and prompt in answering all my questions, both before and after I booked the reservation. The house was clean and located in a quiet neighborhood.

Such a perfect end of summer trip as two families of four. We spent almost the entire time outside, using the standup paddle boards at our small private beach, which is less than half a mile from the house and really easy to get to. The kids had so much fun, feeding the pigs and visiting the cows. We brought the kids bikes as all of the little back Roads were really fun to navigate, the kids said they would love to go back! The hosts were excellent, delicious ciders for the adults right next-door and we got ground beef and steaks from them for both the nights We were there to grill out.

This property right on the Chesapeake Bay is absolutely beautiful. The house was spacious, comfy and clean. The backyard and deck were perfect for running around with our kids and dog. And the private strip of beach was just what we needed. We spent almost every day swimming. Thomas was an excellent, friendly and responsive host. Definitely would book again!

The town of Reedville was precious for a relaxing weekend. We walked to the Fisherman’s Museum and to the little restaurant on the water for delicious crab bisque and clam chowder. There was a restaurant in town that looked super welcoming but we chose to cook at the house and the house was lovely.
