The bathroom has a large shower and tankless water heater. Full kitchen, gas fireplace and a 55" TV with Roku, that allows you to log into your own accounts and log out when you leave. Great deal so close to the shuttle! No additional fees for pets and the 12% Placer County transient tax is factored into the price.

Pull out ottoman and queen bed could accomodate a small family, but it would be a little "cozy." Ideal for 2-3 guests. Recently remodeled with dual lounge chairs and a Murphy bed.
