We e de deliberately chose to stay in the ocean park area as we had other personal business to do in the area, even though it’s far from the main tourist areas of Hanoi, so keep this in mind. That being said, the area is walkable and an especially nice walk is from the apartment to the Vincom Megamall in the early evening past the lakes and there are some nice restaurants and coffee shops to visit along the way in this very new suburban area. The apartment also is well equipped modern and clean with a big bathroom and shower and of course the Netflix is great too. A great stop for a couple of days of peace and quiet away from the super busy central Hanoi.

nice clean place ... host also so nice and give quick response just one thing is it little bit far from old quter so you have to take grab all the time but so nice peacefully very secure place

3주간 머물렀습니다. 미딩에 이은 제2의 한인촌 아파트라서 매일 수십 명의 한국인들을 볼 수 있었고 건물 보안도 철저했어요. 해당 건물 1층에 편의점, 약국, 한국식당, 한국슈퍼가 있었고 단지 내에 한국세탁소, 한국야식집, 한국빵집, 새마을식당, 홍콩반점, 두끼떡볶이, 하이디라오, 한국정육점 등이 있어 마치 한국에 사는 듯 했습니다. 호치민쪽 아파트들은 벽간 소음이 심했는데 여기는 층간, 벽간 소음없이 조용했고 사진에 나온 호수가 있어서 집에서 보는 뷰도 좋고 나가서 런닝하기도 좋았습니다. 미딩은 매우 가깝고 우버 3-4000원이면 호안키엠이나 롯데마트 이동이 가능해서 편했어요. 10여 개 이상의 축구장에 밑에 있어서 매일 늦게까지 축구를 하는 사람들이 좀 시끄러운 게 유일한 단점이었습니다. 재방문 의사 매우 높습니다.

I had pleasure of staying at this lovely apartment. The place is clean. It had a cozy and warm atmosphere. The furniture was comfortable, and the living room was huge, as we had 3 kids with us and they have enough space for playing. There was also a kids playground on the ground floor. The building was safe, as there are security guard even druing the night. We had no trouble getting to the place at 2AM when we checked in. Ha was very responsive and helpful with any questions I had.

항공기 스케줄 변경으로 아이들과 잠시 머물 숙소를 찾던중 발견. 노이바이 공항 접근성 좋고(15~20분거리) 근처에 롯데 있어요.. 밤시간대 체크인..새벽시간 체크아웃. 호스트가 보내준 주소 정확하게 택시가 찾아가고, 상세한 체크인 설명덕에 쉽게 입실할수 있고, 그랩으로 저녁 시켜 먹었는데 역시 잘 찾아왔습니다. 사진과 객실상태 동일하고 깔끔합니다. 하노이 방문시 재방의사 있습니다. 덕분에 잘 쉬었습니다...고맙습니다~^^

Omdat het in zo een enorme flatgebouw zit had ik wat twijfels vooraf. Door de hoogte heb je uitzicht en is de straat niet te horen. Ik voelde me helemaal veilig, mede door de aardige mensen in het hele huis. Alles werkt en de communicatie was gewoon goed.

Great service. The host is extremely friendly and helps out whenever I need. This is a great choice when coming to Hai Phong

숙소픽업 비싸지만 편안합니다 (얼마차이안남) 베트남 에어비앤비라 개쫄았는데 사진이랑 똑같습니다! 단점이라면 입구 통로에 사람들이 쉬고있는데 담배피고 오토바이가 오다닙니다 1층에서 키박스에서 키꺼내서 올라가고 키가 있어야 엘베탈수있습니다 카드키 여유분 찾아서 꼭 꽂아서 에어컨 켜고 외출하세요 더워요 복도식에 집이 있는거라 다른집들과 가깝고 철문으로 2중잠금되어있는데 그 철문이 흔들리는 소리가 방안까지 들려서 예민하신분은 못잘거같아요 창밖으로도 소리가 많이 들리긴하는데 잠귀가 어두운편이라 그냥 잘 잤어요 (집에 귀마개있음) 호안끼엠 남쪽모서리까지 걸어서 10분? 15분? 걸립니다 북쪽 야시장까지 가려면 최소 30분 이상 걸어야됩니다 푸꾸옥가면서 경유해서 1박했는데 가격대비 좋습니다 사진이랑 진짜 똑같아요 호스트도 친절하고 소통이 너무 잘돼요

Das beste airbnb was ich jemals hatte. Alles war absolut perfekt. Ich hoffe im Herbst wieder zu kommen und dann wieder bei ihr wohnen zu können. Vielen Dank für die schöne zeit !!!!!

The place is right in the heart of the city, making it super easy to get around. The view from the apartment was absolutely stunning, perfect for relaxing after a day out. It was also a great deal for the price. Highly recommend for anyone visiting.

the host was quite kind and had a good communication with us. the apartment is spacious and clean. the building has a big mart on the 1st floor and helped us a lot :) I recommend this place for people have a plan to visit this area, Hanoi

Beautiful home very kind and helpful hosts. It’s a little far from Hanoi 20-40min but perfect!! to stay long term in a quiet beautiful neighborhood. The lights at night were so cool everywhere was so clean and the restaurants in the neighborhood area were all delicious I will definitely be coming back here. Thank you for having me 😇

그녀의 사랑스러운 아파트에 머물러서 행운이었습니다. 그녀는 친절하고 배려심 많고 문의에 대해 신속하게 응답합니다. 숙소는 아주 좋은 위치. 그리고 고층에 위치하고 있어서 뷰가 좋습니다. 방은 깨끗하고 수건과 침구류 교체도 해주십니다. 침대 베개와 시트에서는 좋은 향기가 납니다. 다음 하노이 방문시에도 또 머물고 싶습니다

Beautiful stay in a quiet yet fun neighborhood!

It was a pleasant stay and pictures were highly accurate . Host was proactive and clear during communication. Went the extra mile to provide a driver to fetch us from the airport to the apartment. Overall, highly recommended!

Es war die beste Unterkunft auf unserer 3 monatigen Vietnam Reise. So viel Platz!!! 2 Badezimmer und 2 Schlafzimmer. Tolle Rückzugsmöglichkeiten! Balkon, Waschmaschine, Küche. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt verlängert und haben uns sofort wie zu Hause gefühlt. Was uns sehr gefallen hat ist dass dort keine Touristen wohnen, sondern eher Einheimische und koreanische Expats. Direkt daneben ist ein Vincom Center. Die Kommunikation mit der Gastgeberin war sehr gut! Eine klare Empfehlung, wenn man Hanoi auf eine nicht touristische Weise erkunden will, weit von Touristenfallen. Excellent!

Extremely proactive Host. Literally responds within minutes. Hang made every effort to make our stay comfortable. The Onsen next door was relaxing to say the least. Great neighborhood to enjoy evening walks and plenty of food options and marts just steps away. The room decor was very warm and snazy and above all very clean. We had a wonderful time and shall definitely repeat. Thanks again!

Trang’s place is really nice and big. We needed a place to stay near the Hanoi Grand Plaza Hotel and Trang’s place was just perfect. It’s a 3 to 5 minute walk from the Airbnb to the hotel. It is beside a mall (Vincom) so getting grocery and shopping is easy. The unit is spacious and the beds were big. The bathrooms were clean. It has a functioning refrigerator and TV, as well as fast internet. Trang is very responsive. She asks us how we are doing. And when we needed to have the linens changed, she got to the unit in 10 minutes. Just note that the place is 30 to 40 minutes away from the Old Quarter by Grab. We purposely chose Trang’s place as we had business to do in Hanoi Grand Plaza. Thanks for the amazing stay Trang! Her place is highly recommended.
