Great place. Perfect location. The bed is good and the room clean. You do need to pack eat plugs as the street is LOUD!

Great place for a few nights. Enough space to store all of our bags without feeling to cramped in. Very easy to text to the host. Later checkout was also possible. Averall very happy.

We loved our stay! The room was spacious, with separate bedroom and living/kitchen. Huge windows with beautiful morning light. Close walking distance to West Lake and Old City. Many good coffee and food options just outside the door. Wifi worked well, and a TV that connected to phone/laptop. Check in was easy, with clear instructions. Our host was accomodating of our late check out and great with communication. Overall the room was very clean and comforatble. Highly recommend and would stay again.

Amazing location. Very comfortable room. Got fresh towels delivered after the second day. I also messaged the hosts about 100 times with questions and they always responded straight away and in such a friendly manner. Would recommend 1000% and am looking forward to coming back as soon as possible.

It takes one to know one. The host is super in every good sense of the word. She has been of effective help during our stay. Proactive in her listing and communications, our trip to and around Hanoi was a breeze. I had to bother her with the mini cakes for our friend who celebrated her birthday, to which she obliged with heartfelt enthusiasm. It really made our friend's birthday trip to Viet Nam a memorable one. (Super thanks!) I love the quaint interior of her place, from the large windows to the color palettes chosen and the decorated tiles in her t&b. The apartment was clean (no bugs) and conveniently located for us. Many cafes (King Coffee, etc), food joints (KFC, hotpots, etc), convenience store, and spas within a stone thow away fm the apartment. It is also a short walk away from the main thoroughfare, making it accessible for various routes and modes of transport. ☺️ Highly recommended by me, your fellow superhost (fm the Philippines)! 👏👏👏👏👏

I had a lovely stay ! Annam’s apartment is in a quiet street, but still central. Very cute decoration, tidy, practical and clean. Annam was super reactive and helpful. Will definitely come back !

Had an amazing stay at this Airbnb! All the hosts are so sweet, kind and caring! And Linh always replies super fast!! They were all very helpful and the apartment is very cozy and pretty! they have free filtered water on the first floor and free laundry machines and dryer! Super convenient and would stay again! ❤️

Bich Diep is a great host who is always responsive to messages. She organises a weekly clean of the apartment, with fresh bedding and towels.
