Grandmother's house 🥰❤️ That is the feeling I had since stepping in and loved it. It felt very cosy and warm, old furniture but had everything we needed. Great location, I honestly felt sad to leave the place. Hoping to go back again next winter. Great garden for the kids to play in with swings and beautiful sauna. Fireplace was lovely and host very friendly. Unfortunately igloo wasn't up because of the snow level but that is mother nature and it reflects in no way on the host. Also lovely woods and lake close by, we enjoyed sledging the girls there, it takes 5 min. Thanks for everything

We really enjoyed our stay in this old and cosy family home in this peaceful village. The house was very welcoming and comfortable. Tomas was here to welcome us and give us great tips on the best spot to catch some northern lights. The kitchen stove made our evenings extra cosy and magical. Simply amazing experience. Host was extremely kind and helpful. On the first day he gave us a detailed tour of the house and even gave tips of things to do in the city, he constantly followed up with us thoughout our stay to ensure it was smooth and comfortable. On the last day he even dropped us off at the airport. Extremely kind and amazing experience. As for the accommodation it’s very clean and beautiful. Conveniently located next to a bus stop it was a breeze getting to town as well as for our activities. The rooms are spacious and clean, perfect for a good nights rest. The kitchen is well equipped with all the necessary to whip up simple meals. The host was so kind to even offer us lunch on our first day. We are so grateful In conclusion, it was an amazing experience filled with warmth and peace. All our needs were attended to and we had only great memories from our stay here. We will definitely return when we head back to Tromsø in the near future.

Roland's place exceeded all our expectations. It was absolutely perfect and located in a peaceful, quiet area. Although it's just a 20-minute drive from Levi, it's far enough from light pollution that you can enjoy the northern lights right from the window—an unforgettable experience. The house was spotlessly clean, and the kitchen had everything we needed. Roland's tips and recommendations were incredibly helpful, and he even went out of his way to drive us to the airport, which we truly appreciated. If we ever return to Finnish Lapland, Roland's place will definitely be our first choice. We highly recommend it to anyone looking for a cozy and welcoming stay.

We really enjoyed our stay here a great deal and will be back. It is isolated and very quiet and peaceful. We did the snowmobile tour with Rickhard and it was fantastic. Cecelia and Rickard were super friendly and helpful.

The apartment is big and very luxurious. The location is also perfect and has grocery shop and restaurants nearby. We really felt like home, it provided us warmth and comfort. Wenche is really helpful and very responsive. Wenche always helped us with whatever we wanted. We also saw northern lights from this apartment which was magical!! If you are travelling to tromso, then you must definitely stay at Wenche’s apartment, you will never regret it trust me!

Fantastische tijd gehad bij Vera. Ik heb hier ruim 5 weken verbleven. De prijs is erg goed, de omgeving is prachtig en Vera is erg vriendelijk en meedenkend. De sauna was een bonus. De slaapkamer ook een stuk ruimer dan aangegeven. Het blijft een beetje een donkere woning maar dat was te verwachten. De prijs-kwaliteit verhouding is helemaal top en ik heb me hier uitermate goed thuis gevoeld. In overleg met Vera is er ook van alles mogelijk, ik heb een extra bureau kunnen toevoegen en mocht een vriend uitnodigen om langs te komen. Een aanrader!

Tämä ihana asunto oli aivan hiihtolatujen vieressä ja kävelymatkan päässä ravintoloista sekä laskettelurinteistä. Kohde oli juuri sellainen, kun sen kuvaus on. Majoituimme neljän aikuisen kanssa ja tila riitti hyvin, erinomainen varmasti myös lapsiperheelle. Asunto oli siisti ja siellä oli kaikki tarvittava ruuanlaittoon. Majoituimme pääsiäisen yli eli varmasti kiireisimpään aikaan, mutta alue oli rauhallinen. Tämä kohde oli mielestämme erinomainen hinta-laatu suhteeltaan ja sijainniltaan. Myös majoittajat olivat ystävällisiä ja kommunikointi oli sujuvaa.

Le logement de Robert est très bien situé à quelques mètres du centre de Kirkenes. Pour être précis, le supermarché est à 170 m. Pour autant le logement est dans un quartier calme. L’appartement est très confortable et dispose de tout ce dont on peut avoir besoin pour un court ou long séjour. On recommande !

Die liebevoll und vollständig eingerichtete Wohnung liegt direkt am Atlantik und hat eine wunderschöne Aussicht auf das Meer, die kleine Stadt und den Leuchtturm. Durch die großen Panoramafenster kann man bei wolkenfreiem Himmel das Nordlicht beobachten. Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Karsje’s place is just amazing in one word. The place is so cozy offering amazing views of Tromso. The space was perfect for 5 of us including our 5 year old son. The house had a well structured instruction manual so that we didn’t have to bother the host a lot, but still they were very responsive and helpful whenever we had questions. The kitchen is well equipped with plenty of utensils so that you could cook without any hassle. There is a car parking available and also the bus stop is just a 10 minutes walk from the house. Just keep in mind that the house in a quite neighbourhood a bit away from the city, so you will have to travel a bit to find restaurants and supermarkets ( 10 minutes with a car or 15-20 minutes with bus). We enjoyed the stay a lot and would recommend it to anyone who visits Tromso.

Dziękujemy Marianne za gościnę. Domek przytulny, idealny dla 4 osób. Wyposażenie domku bardzo dogodne, było w nim wszystko co trzeba na tygodniowy pobyt. Łóżka wygodne, w salonie miejsce do spędzania czasu po południu, internet działa bez zarzutu. Dobre położenie domku, na uboczu, cisza i zaledwie 20 min. spacerem do sklepu, restauracji, barów i innych atrakcji miasteczka. Nie mieliśmy samochodu, ale to w niczym nie przeszkadzało. Do tras biegówkowych dochodziliśmy w kilka minut. Marianne poradziła nam jak najlepiej dojechać z lotniska, uprzedzała jak pojawiała się zorza. Jak mieliśmy jakiekolwiek pytania przed albo w czasie pobytu zawsze odpowiadała w ciągu kilku minut. Dom Marianne był bardzo dobrym miejscem na tygodniowy pobyt. Bardzo rekomenduję! Dziękujemy i pozdrawiamy.

Verten var svært behjelpelig og svarte raskt på meldinger. Leiligheten lå sentralt og bidro til at vi hadde en fin helg. Anbefales!

The pictures listed simply don’t do it justice. The villa and its surroundings are absolutely stunning! No noise, no light pollution and no neighbours. You’ll enjoy great privacy here and the peaceful tranquility of nature, with everything you need to truly relax. The villa itself is top-notch – spotlessly clean, stylish, and well-organized. Nothing to complain at all. A definite highlight is the jacuzzi and classic wood-heated Finnish sauna on the dock overlooking the crystal-clear lake. Terhi greeted us in person and carefully introduced us to the amenities. She was nice and incredibly helpful. This was the best airbnb stay we have ever had. Would love to come back again.

One of the peaceful places to be.

Leuk, ruim huis met alle voorzieningen die je nodig hebt. Sommige delen zijn wat verouderd, en het zou wat beter schoon gemaakt mogen worden. Maar verder is het een prima huis. De buitensauna is erg fijn en netjes. We kregen duidelijke instructies van Ragnar over het huis en de sauna’s. Het balkon is ideaal om vanuit de woonkamer snel naar buiten te kunnen om het Noorderlicht goed te kunnen bekijken. Ook de buitenruimte is groot, en ideaal om te sleeën of spelen. In de omgeving zijn mooie wandel en ski gebieden. Wij hebben een mooie tocht gemaakt via The Old Postoffice Sweden. Een aanrader. En breng ook zeker een bezoek aan Forest Jewels, waar de Sami hun gemaakte spullen verkopen. Fijn ook dat Ragnar makkelijk te bereiken was en steeds bereid om te hulp te bieden waar nodig.

Miika is a wonderful host who ensure you settle in safely and comfortably. The backyard is a great area for you to have fun and relax with a view of the frozen lake. You can also catch the memerising sight of the Aurora at Miika’s place. This is definitely a wonderful house for everyone! p.s. the salmon soup is a gem 😋

Unsere Familie (2 Erwachsene, 3 Kinder) haben unseren Aufenthalt im sehr grosszügigen und geräumigen Haus von Ville sehr genossen. Wir hatten noch nie eine besser ausgestattete Küche! Die Lage ist sehr ruhig, das Haus liegt im Wald, 3.5 km vom Ort Pyhä entfernt. Aufgrund der Fotos sind wir davon ausgegangen, dass das Haus alleine im Wald liegt. Allerdings hat es mehrere Häuser in nächster Nähe, aber die Nachbarschaft ist sehr ruhig und der Zufahrtsweg ist kaum befahren. Die Langlaufloipe ist rund 400m entfernt. In und um Pyhä gibt es viele tolle Winteraktivitäten. Ville war ein toller Gastgeber. Er war immer für unsere Fragen erreichbar und hat sehr schnell geantwortet. Ein Hinweis für zukünftige Mieter: in der Grundausstattung heisst es, dass Handtücher und Bettwäsche inkl. sind. Dies ist aber nicht der Fall und kann für EUR 30 pro Person gemietet werden. Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt und würden das Haus jederzeit wieder mieten!
