We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this charming cabin! It was the perfect cozy retreat after a day of exploring. The cabin was beautifully decorated and had all the amenities we needed, including a fully equipped kitchen and comfortable beds. We especially loved the sauna and the private area outside where we could enjoy the fresh air and beautiful surroundings. The host was very responsive and provided clear instructions for our stay. The location was ideal, just a short drive from Oulu but still in a peaceful and natural setting. I highly recommend this cabin to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway in the Finnish countryside.

Stedet ligger tæt på lufthavn, er nemt at finde, det er plads til at parkere en bil. Det er rent og dejlig varmt (vi var her i vinteren). Bekvemme senge og morganmad i køleskabet ventede på os, og det var super godt (især, fordi vi ankom sent). Mange tak Carita og Rolf for anbefaling af en gåtur. Alt perfekt, kan anbefales.

Nous étions les premiers visiteurs de John et sa femme et nous avons adoré notre séjour chez eux. Tout était conforme, très propre, accueillant, spacieux et proche de Rovaniemi. John et sa femme ont été aux petits soins pour nous, nous ont indiqué plusieurs bons endroits où se restaurer et se promener. C’était notre 3eme air bnb de notre voyage et de loin le meilleur. Merci pour votre accueil plus que chaleureux on s’est sentit comme chez nous en Finlande. À très vite on l’espère!

Linn’s place is in a perfect location. Clean just as described, and equipped with everything we needed. Linn was friendly and cooperative throughout our stay. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful, making it a very comfortable place to stay. Strategic to the location which highly recommended!

This is sort of an unique place. If you are looking for a quiet little cabin in the wood in order to reconnect this is the right choice. Certain aspects are a bit strange, but this is due to location and so on. Great experience and the hot tub during the night with the snow...it is totally worth it!

By renting the little cabin, Marianne and George open the door to their little paradise. In their place you will feel love, real nature and one of the most beautiful landscape ever, even the drive to and from Tromso is breathtaking. For people seeking a true experience in nature this is the perfect place. The cabin is remote, a step back in time, no mod cons and this is it’s beauty. A cosy, warm little haven in the beautiful wild. It is well thought out - all the instructions given by Marianne and George, and noted around the cabin ensure your stay is seamless and answers all the questions you might have - it is important to listen to them, especially as you are in the middle of the wild, responsible for your own warmth and staying in someone’s home. You are stepping back in time, at one with nature. This is a magical place. Marianne and George are kind and welcoming people. In the middle of an area flooded with guides and tourists and impersonal experiences they are a true find. Passionate about nature and the aurora, experts in the region (Marianne is a local). If you’re looking for other experiences whilst staying in the area - they are the perfect people to ask (especially aurora hunting). Going to the cabin is a truly unique experience. We are leaving with stars in our eyes and will definitely return.

A Stefanie nos recebeu em seu lar. O apartamento é ótimo, corresponde ao anúncio, é bem equipado, muito limpo e com uma linda vista. Nos sentimos em casa durante a estadia. Além disso, Stefanie respondeu atentamente e rapidamente a todas as nossas perguntas. Se voltássemos a Rovaniemi gostaríamos de ficar lá novamente.

Really enjoyed my stay at Hannu's place. The location is ideal, 5-10 minutes walk from the main shops and attractions. Hannu always responds to questions and was very flexible with check in, just need 30 minutes notice and was available. Everything is really clean, the apartment has great features and it was a very comfortable stay which also felt secure. Well equipped kitchen and useful facilities. Thank you very much, I would definitely recommend.

Very clean apartment with comfortable beds and plenty of seating. Two bathrooms was a nice surprise. Strong Wi-Fi. Very responsive host. Would stay here again.

We stayed at Sten-Viktor's place for two nights and this was the best stay we ever experienced. He went above and beyond to help us, recommending us a mechanic to help with our broken car windshield and even bought food for us! We would definitely recommend this Airbnb!

Ich noch nie eine Unterkunft mit einer solch umfassenden, zuvorkommenden unglaublich liebenswürdigen Betreuung! Die Hütte von Johan und Riita ist ein wunderbares Kleinod, das allerbeste Gelegenheit bietet nach anstrengenden Reisetagen runterzukommen und zu entspannen! Johan und Riita sorgen mit aller Kraft dafür, dass es den Gästen gut geht! Ich werde definitiv wieder kommen, wenn ich wieder in der Gegend bin!

Had a fantastic stay. Lovely and warm host, beautiful and atmospheric house and garden. Great location, beautiful views and close to the stone age rock carvings. The breakfast served was tasty and cozy too 😁. would have loved to stay for longer and hope to visit again. can warmly recommend.

J'ai passé un excellent séjour chez Gjertrud. La vue depuis le salon est majestueuse. Le dîner fait avec un poisson local était excellent, la chambre confortable. Nous avons fait une baignade le lendemain matin et échangé plus ensemble ensuite dans son petit café sur la plage. Je repars enrichie de toutes mes expériences chez Gjertrud.

My stay in Finland was amazing, and Ari and Niina were incredibly helpful. They made sure my friend and I had everything we needed, from recommendations to arranging rides when necessary. However, renting a car would have made things much easier. I didn’t have my license updated, so getting around was a bit of a hassle. If you can drive, definitely rent a car. If not, don’t stress too much. Ubers were available, and Ari and Niina could also arrange rides for 30 euros one way (60 for a round trip). The area itself? Absolutely unreal. The northern lights were out of this world. It is one of those things that you just have to see for yourself. No words or pictures could do it justice. If you’re planning a visit when locals are busy, including Ari and Niina, it’s a good idea to communicate in advance about any activities you’d like to do. This will make scheduling easier for both parties and ensure you get the most out of your trip. All in all, Finland was an unforgettable experience:)

Wir waren zu zweit für eine Nacht in der gemütlich eingerichteten Unterkunft von Olivier. Er und alle Angestellten waren sehr freundlich und immer gut erreichbar. Dass wir nach Absprache bereits früher in die Unterkunft konnten war hervorragend und das optionale Frühstück für 80 NOK ist gut. In der Küche ist etwas Geschirr vorhanden und Mikrowelle, sowie Wasserkocher nutzbar. Danke an Olivier und das Team für diesen schönen Aufenthalt!
