We had a wonderful stay at Carl's place - my company was touring in ABQ, so we had a group staying at both the properties. It was perfectly clean, and I appreciated that there were enough bathrooms - no bathroom conflict is great. The checkin was so easy; it's so nice to use a doorcode and not have to remember a key. The neighborhood felt safe and comfortable, and we enjoyed the stay immensely. Thank you!

Location of the home was great. Beautiful views from the living and master bedroom but also very close to amenities and restaurants. Home was nice and clean with a kitchen well equipped for cooking and with a few basic spices and condiments. Bedrooms were really nice, and a bathroom in each one was a bonus. Most of the living space is upstairs so as long as you are good with that I'd highly recommend this as a superb, pet friendly, rental home.

Absolutely loved this condo! It truly felt like a home away from home. The kitchen was well stocked. The towels and linens were high end. And the decor was warm and welcoming. My family would definitely stay there again.

We stayed for two nights and had everything we needed to cook a couple of meals and was a close drive away from stores and restaurants. We had a nice weekend.

Great location and condo. Unit had everything we needed to cook and watch movies a few nights. And close to restaurants for the other nights. Very short drive to the ski lifts. Red River is a great town.

If you order food for delivery, give them clear instructions, as apparently they get sent to some alley? This place was beautiful, simple, had pleasant aesthetics. Sergio called to see if we needed anything. He was approachable, kind, attentive; one of the best Airbnb hosts I’ve had. The kitchen has your basic cooking stuff and laundry access is nice to have. Extremely walkable area. The home, block, and neighborhood felt safe and comfortable. One can walk to a few restaurants and a grocery store (Smith’s), as well as to Route 66! :) 1.5 blocks away from UNM! :) In case it matters to anyone, the house is located two houses down from 2 5G towers but there are honestly so many in Nob Hill and in Albuquerque, that they are, sadly, unavoidable. Excellent stay, especially for young people and young families! :) You can have a quiet stay or an active stay; lots of options.

Taryn’s place was great, she thought of everything someone traveling might need. I loved the little touches she added to her home, coffee with cream and sugar, biscuits for the dog and little mints on the beds. She was also very responsive to questions before and during our stay. Overall we were very happy with our stay. Would definitely stay again.

This house was very clean and comfortable. It had more amenities than listed, including some board games, DVDs, and even disks for sledding. It is located in "upper Pagosa Springs", within walking distance to the grocery store and some restaurants and boutiques. The beds were comfortable, as were the throw blankets and sofas.

house was in a great location house had some stains on carpet which is understandable with it being a rental. house was way bigger in sq footage then i expected, the master bedroom is the size of an average living room!! beds were comfortable def has the retro vibe which is cool

Stayed here for a ski trip with friends and this house was extremely accommodating! Plenty of rooms, spacious living room and kitchen, and it’s in a beautiful area of Pagosa Springs. Would stay here again!

I’ve been at many Airbnb’s and this one by far was the most comfortable. We walked in and were transported into an inviting home. It was clean, the couch was so soft, the backyard such a cozy place to hang out. They even have string lights you can turn on for ambiance. There are three full bathrooms. There were only 3 of us, but this so convenient! The AC was perfect for the days it was hot outside. The beds were comfy. Two coffee options: Keurig or you can brew a pot. We didn’t cook, but seemed everything was there for your convenience. It was the perfect resting place while visiting family. The Sawmill Market is nearby if you want to hang at a cool spot for food and drinks! Thank you for this wonderful stay!

Fantastic location super close to everything. Love the parking right in the driveway. Everything was super clean and just as it looks like in the pictures. I did have a few questions and always received a very quick response. I highly recommend this as a great place to stay in Pagosa Springs!

this was a perfect place for myself, 3 friends, and my dog. it is in a peaceful area within walking distance to so many restaurants, breweries, museums, parks, and a bike rental shop. plenty of blankets, pillows, coffee, and tea provided. beds are comfy, ac is easy to use and works well. there's a whole binder from the host with local recommendations. Brody was very communicative and helpful with instructions and recommendations. I would definitely stay here again

We enjoyed staying at Monica's place for an entire month. The place was very clean, had an abundance of amenities and the neighborhood was very safe. Monica was very responsive with any questions or concerns and the instructions to the place as well as what to expect were very clear. We are already planning to stay again in the future as this was one of the best AirBnBs we've stayed in.

We had the perfect getaway with our family for spring break. Steve's condo is in a great location for hitting the slopes (20-30 min drive) and to downtown Santa Fe Plaza (walkable to it, but we opted to drive because we were sore from skiing). The condo and property are lovely! Steve is a welcoming and responsive host and we would recommend his place to anyone looking for a spot to stay in Santa Fe! Thank you Steve!

The place was great. The host was absolutely wonderful. It was nice to have the small things like dishwasher pods, laundry detergent, etc. Love the location as well.

this home was extremely BEAUTIFUL. we came from out of state for my daughter's quince and decided to rent an Airbnb since our kids were flying out as well. let me say first off the pictures do not do justice this home is amazing and HUGE we all had more than enough room. The decor was great felt like I was in a movie. Everything was bougie just like me 🤣 I loved it. we all did. Ashley was very responsive throughout our reservation always responded quickly with any questions I had. my daught forgot her air pods after we left and I reached out and the put them in the mailbox for me to pick up. i honestly don't think anyone would have returned a $200 item, my days was super greatful. Over all this experience was perfect starting from the host Ashley, the beautiful spacious home we so needed for the size of my daughters dress, the area was great and quiet. the price was GREAT I compared and this home was the best in Albuquerque. we will definitely be coming back. WE FELT AT HOME ☺️

Our stay was great. We had several grandchildren participating in different sport activities over the weekend. The location was a perfect spot to gather and enjoy our families.

Alex's place is exactly what we needed for our stay in Santa Fe. The house is very clean and comfortable. The neighborhood is quiet and we felt right ant home. The beds are comfortable and the bathrooms are clean and well stocked with towels and they even set out complimentary shampoo, conditioner, body soap and lotion. We didn't use the kitchen but it looked very well stocked with pots, pans, dishes and utensils. Very clean overall. We visit our family in Santa Fe often and we hope to make this our go to when we're there. This property is highly recommended.

We were a party of 8 (ages 50 to 84) and definitely enjoyed our stay. Convenient location (surprisingly quiet given it's proximity to ABQ) with enough room to hang out inside and out. It's right by the pool and workout room with easy access for jogging/walking. Phillip's communications were responsive and always spot on. Highly recommend!
