Absolutely loved our stay. A rustic, out-of-the-way spot to experience magical northern NM. Close enough to Okeefe museum and local cafes (Sierra Negra Cafe was excellent) for reasonable convenience, but far enough away to get an off the grid feel. Loved the decor and artistic touches, as well as the nice bath soaps etc

Very authentic and memorable stay in the box car. The place has a peaceful and welcoming energy, and is surprisingly functional for its size. Although we didn't meet, its clear to me that the hosts are lovely people. In my view, this is an exceptional type of place and experience that seems harder to come by these days, so I am grateful that we found it.

Great place but small. Not an issue - it's posted as space for one person but just be aware. Delightful. Sitting area, bed, kitchen area, and for me the coup de gras was the outside space - a table with two chairs in the garden area where I spent a few contented hours just reading. All about 1/3 mile from the bosque, another reason I chose this place. Yes, there is only one (kitchen) sink where you will do your daily self-ministrations, but well, that's why it's listed as space for one person. Another reviewer complained about insects? Bugs? the place is ground level in a natural garden. I get that you don't want such visitors in bed, but I had inconsequential issues. Fresh coffee and filters were on-hand, and some welcoming fruit and snacks.

We will happily call this home every time we visit Santa Fe. Fabulous location and steps away from Canyon Rd and easy walking distance to Santa Fe plaza. Beautifully appointed with luxurious bedding, bath towels, soaking tub and walk in closet. Kitchen was well equipped with everything needed from morning coffee to cooking your own dinner. Relaxed surroundings and extra touches of warm throws, comfy chairs/sofas and everything was spotless. My husband appreciated the tv package and easy parking and access. Thank you!

We enjoyed our stay at Sara's place very much. It was clean and had everything we could want. We love to cook our own breakfast, and she had all the kitchen supplies for that and more. We asked to book a day early as our schedule changed by a day as we were vacationing all around New Mexico. Sara was quick to accept it. That was a relief not to have to find a place last minute. The weather was a little out of the ordinary as it snowed a little the day we arrived and it had been in the high 70's the day before. There was a space heater and also two air conditioners and during our stay we ended up using both. It was a great location for seeing everything we wanted in Albuquerque.

I've stayed at a LOT of Airbnbs. This was the best one by several powers of ten. It's so relaxing, quiet, beautiful, and comfortable. We spent almost a whole week there and just felt... easy. It's close to everything but feels so far away. We did a lot in the area, but we could have spent the whole week in the unit and still had a really nice time. Do yourself a favor, and book this one.

Loved our time here! The peaceful patio area was great to relax from hiking. You can listen to the birds and wind chimes while reading a book. Very walkable to the downtown area and to the hiking trails Tess recommended. The recommendations were exactly what we wanted and throughly enjoyed. The neighborhood is so fun to walk around and explore. People were very friendly and the entire area was very dog friendly which was an important factor in selecting this stop on our long road trip. Would stay again and definitely recommend.

Adorable tiny home (Definitely TINY 😉). Perfect for a couple or individual traveler. Quiet surroundings with a private back patio and fenced yard. Very clean and well appointed tiny kitchen, with everything necessary to prepare a meal for two. Clean and comfortable bathroom with walk-in shower and more than enough towels and washcloths. Cozy little dining table in the living/sleep area. Ample storage in the two corner closets. TV and wifi worked just fine (we were pleasantly surprised by this in such a remote area!) Only one minor improvement would have made this a perfect stay, which is perhaps a couch/bed with a slightly thicker mattress for comfort. In all, a very pleasant and cozy place to stay. We were very happy to find this little gem!

Staying at The Birdhouse was magical! Set and Setting lives up to their name and created such a beautifully detailed oasis that me and my partner felt so comfortable and safe in. Not only is the decor absolutely stunning, but the details of how the hosts communicate, how they provided delicious treats (they even ensured the treats did not have any of my allergies!), and how they truly are passionate about this space. My favorite part was the hot tub. Perfect for an evening dip, with gorgeous starts above, and mushroom lights everywhere. I truly felt like I stepped into a fairytale and the world melted away. 10/10 would recommend and I hope to return. Best Air BnB I have ever stayed at!

Great place in a town that has no hotels. Easy in and out. Enjoyed my first experience with a tiny home.

Wonderful cabin get away. It was nice to unplug for a little bit. Keep that in mind, you will unplug. That said Marc does offer wifi which helps with the lack of phone signal. This is by no means a negative aspect, just something to be aware of.

Perfect place for my 2 week stay had everything I needed! Walking distance to Main St with several options for food and drinks. Mandy is an awesome host. Super fast to respond to messages. I would definitely stay here again if i had to come back to Farmington.

Absolutely loved our stay. Steve was very friendly and offered many suggestions that made our weekend perfect. Cayenne was adorable. She made herself at home with us and our dog Bubba. We already miss her!

I choose my Airbnb so it becomes PART of my trip. This was perfect for just me and I so appreciate when a host leave “goodies.” But Tina leaves a small convenient store worth of food! What a treat after a long day to just make something easy and call it a day! And the personalized request for drinks?? Yep, that too! I had a chance to meet everyone and Tina really went above and beyond to help me. It’s like having that one super nice neighbor that is so generous. Everything was as described on the inside (I didn’t get a chance to use the outdoor space or see any wild critters) and I would recommend!!

Our stay was amazing! It was so peaceful and private. My husband went outside and the sky was so clear. He admired the stars because he had never seen stars so bright and unaffected by light pollution. The area was so quiet, you couldn't hear any car or city noise. We had such a great experience and wish we could go back!

This was our first family ski trip to Red River, and the house was the perfect size for our family of five. It was conveniently close to the ski area, with beautiful scenery. Nicholas went above and beyond to ensure we were well taken care of. When renting a home away from home with your family, having a host like him makes all the difference.

We had a lovely stay. Ciana was very communicative and available. The property and area around is just so beautiful. I loved the simplicity of the house, it had everything we needed (except a washing machine) and our dog was safe in the fully fenced in yard and ever so happy with the hiking trails. I would stay here againg and recommend it to others!
