A really cool space. Very comfortable and basic. Just what we needed as a central launching point for many activities.

The Tiny House was the perfect getaway! The beach was very private. The Sunsets were just gorgeous! Our Host Christi went above and beyond to make us feel right at home.All I really needed to bring was myself and my clothes. She had everything we needed. She told me how to get to a really cool antique shop. It was awesome! I can't say enough good things about Christi. She was an amazing Host and extremely helpful! Her place is truly a Hidden Gem! Thank you Christi!

It was a great place to stay for our biking weekend. It rained on Saturday so Dianne extended a later check-out time so we could get a ride in on Sunday morning and still shower and clean up before heading home! She offered this to us without our prompting! Thanks, Dianne!

We were visiting for the weekend and found the place to be very nice, very private, and very clean. Something that was not expected, we had a private garage, which was really nice. Thank you, we will visit again!

We had a wonderful stay! The hosts were so responsive and so friendly. They were very accommodating and very understanding that we had a small child there were children’s books and the environment was so clean. I would 100% stay again and I’m so happy with the experience that we had.

We needed a place to spend a quiet night once we got clear of Washington DC after a long drive. It fulfilled our expectations. It‘s a big space that can sleep a couple and a child. Enjoyed our stay.

Peaceful getaway for our small family to escape the hustle of the city. David and Misunn have put a great amount of detail into their Airbnb and the amenities on the property. The cottage we rented was just like the photos and offered us a home away from home feel. The pool on site was just the right temperature and size to get our last water time before the season turns. Beautiful property and local restaurants made our weekend the relaxing time we desired.

The cottage is a gem - gorgeous spot with lots of quiet and privacy on the water - great nature watching. Lots of beautiful outddor spaces - the dock out front was a great spot for coffee and there is an outdoor porch as well as a detached covered porch. We biked around and saw gorgeous views and lots of marinas. Local restaurant seafood was delicious and Meg recommended several great spots. An afternoon sail with Captain Russ (also recommended) topped off the weekend nicely. Highly recommend!

Once again we had a delightful stay at our VA happy place. Such beautiful surroundings and a charming house. Ann and Jim are wonderful hosts, Everytime we've been blessed to visit. If you're looking for a lovely place, on the lake, with exceptional accommodations and hosts, this is your place!

Bluebird is truly a vacation paradise. The perfect Serenity from the craziness of the wedding weekend. Well appointed space and kitchen. Loved our kayaking adventure day and campfire nights. Truly a relaxing atmosphere! Great host too, we felt very welcome!

We really enjoyed our stay at the Bohive! Fires at the gazebo were so relaxing in the evening. The space was neat and very cute! The king sized bed was super comfortable. Location was convenient to everything and felt very secluded for being so close to the highway.

We had a wonderful stay! Justin and Misty were fantastic hosts — friendly, responsive, and full of great local recommendations. The property itself was beautiful, clean, and had everything we needed for a comfortable weekend trip. It was perfectly located for easy drives to both Richmond and Williamsburg, while still offering a peaceful, quiet space to unwind at night away from the city bustle. One of the highlights for us was the shared fenced-in backyard, which was a huge perk. Our pup had an amazing time playing there and even made some new friends with Quinn, Storm, and Spirit! It’s a perfect spot for anyone traveling with pets. We would absolutely recommend this property and would love to stay again!

Probably one of the cleanest + best decorated places I’ve ever stayed in! My husband and I stayed at Payton’s place for a quick weekend to trip to Richmond and it was perfect!! The location was a quick drive to everywhere we needed to go, Payton was super responsive to any questions we had and her place was so cute!! We will definitely be staying here again when we’re back in Richmond

Pristine cleanliness, my dad has stayed in hotels around the world and was impressed. Superb value for the price. Super walkable and accessible. A gem of a find worth every penny for each night of my father’s stay. Will frequent here. This is a great place to stay. It was hard to leave in the mornings for our mini adventures as you were always faced with beautiful surroundings and a relaxing atmosphere. This is the place to be to unwind and take in some nature, and you also have the amazing beach, which is a few minutes walk from Logan’s place. We’ll come back next year for sure.

Freedom Cottage is as described. Host communicated very well. Everything that we needed for the stay was there besides food, which made it very convenient. Was clean, cozy, and quiet. It’s away from all the hustle and bustle of the tourist area which is nice. I would recommend.

For visiting Forest Hill, or even downtown Richmond, Krysten’s cozy place is perfect for someone on their own or with a family
