An intimate, artistic and romantic space, with a few stairs that belong to its historic charm. During your stay, you will have access to the owner’s lush garden and pool, shared with five other calm and respectful homes. The house is not accessible by car. You can park in the free public car park on the village square or just around it, a one-minute walk away.

Get ready for your Hobbit experience at Bag End in the Shire. Bag End is located within one mile of the coastal path and central for the beaches of Wells, Holkham and Blakeney point. Our Hobbit house has one full size bedroom and a smaller bedroom for a little hobbit. Up to 2 extra guests can stay in the cosy seperate bedroom hut at £25pp per night. There is a seperate bathroom and washing up area with hot and cold water. The hot tub can be used for an additional charge of £65 per whole stay.
