This is an amazing house on a beachfront road in a charming little town. There is a small square in walking distance that has a nice bar/coffee shop and restaurant. The house itself is lovely with very comfortable beds and amazing views both of the ocean out the front door and balcony, and of Mt Etna out of the two back balconies. Bedrooms are good sized with two full baths on the first floor and a half bath with the bedroom on the second floor. We had 5 adults in our group and never felt cramped. WiFi is good. Hosts are very friendly and helpful and very responsive to questions and give a good list of local attractions and restaurants to try. House is in an area with easy access to both Catania and Taormina, both about 35-45 minutes away by car. Would definitely stay here again if ever back in the area.

The pictures do this place no justice! It is such a beautiful place. The grounds are spectacular! So much room to entertain and the views are stunning! You can see the water from anywhere in the home. It was so magical. The beds were comfortable. Plenty bathrooms and space. Great restaurants in walking distance. The people in the town were amazing. AnnaMaria was very sweet and helpful. Would love to return on our next trip back to Conca.

A localização é maravilhosa, de frente para o lago e ao lado do castelo. A casa é rústica, antiga, muito bonita. A casa é totalmente equipada com tudo que necessitamos e mais. Fomos recebidos com uma bebida, água e deliciosos biscoitos. Cômodos amplos, banheiros impecáveis sendo um com vista para o lago. Fica uma sugestão, mudar o colchão da cama de casal dia quarto principal e arrumar os estofamentos dos sofás e poltronas, estão afundando. Foram dias maravilhosos!!! Estávamos com muita bagagem e isto é um problema, é longe do estacionamento e é difícil andar nas ruas de pedras com malas. Somente na saída conseguimos o carrinho para transportar as bagagens.

Heel fijn verblijf! Klein maar heel fijn huisje! Alles aanwezig, zelf extra speelspoed en voorzieningen voor de kindjes en baby! Olivia is een heel vriendelijke host die altijd bereikbaar is met duidelijke instructies.

What a wonderful, inviting, homely yet funky home. We celebrated a birthday with a group of friends and it was perfect. Every room was beautifully laid out, the cinema room was brilliant, the kitchen was equipped and the bar was brilliant. Monique and Sally were fantastic, giving us a brilliant recommendation of the coastguard arms which we walked to along gorgeous coastline. Deal town was buzzy with a market on, on the Saturday which we walked through. It was everything I hoped for and more when I booked!

Wow wow! Definitely the best Airbnb I have ever stayed in everything was perfect , the interior, the pool the location and the help and support from Ivona and Michael!! We absolutely loved it and will definitely return 100% recommend xx

Die Lage und der Gastgeber sind mehr als top und absolut zu empfehlen. Auch wenn die Unterkunft erst vor 5 Jahren renoviert wurde, hat das maritime Klima hier und da Spuren an der Einrichtung hinterlassen.

Really comfortable, beautifully furnished and well equipped house. Fabulous walks straight out of the gate out to St David’s head and along the coast path and within walking distance to sandy beaches with perfect sunsets! No garden but lovely sunny enclosed front terrace with table & chairs, safe for dog. Walked along road to St David’s in 40 mins (drive in 5-10), cathedral definitely worth visiting, good cafes and supermarket. Recommend Grain pizzas, and Unsunghero Surf do an excellent coffee!! Very lucky with the weather but house would be cosy - lovely Welsh blankets! - in the cold too. Would definitely return here.

Eine wirklich sehr schöne Wohnung, die der Beschreibung völlig entsprach. Die Wohnung liegt in der fünften Etage (mit dem Aufzug erreichbar) direkt am Meer. die Wohnung ist stylisch und mit allem aus geborgt startet was man braucht.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Our family of four has been traveling through Italy and Spain over the past few weeks staying at several Airbnbs and Cecilia’s place is undoubtedly a standout. It is spotless, thoughtfully stocked, and beautifully designed and cared for. I had stained a new shirt at dinner our first day there and was able to get the stain out with the supplies she had available and am so grateful for that! I cannot think of a single complaint—and trust me, I’m can find something wrong with everything! We would book this place again in a heartbeat. Thank you, Cecilia!

The apartment is small as you would expect in such a central location in the port area and close to restaurants and shops, but it was quite comfortable for the two of us and could accommodate more. The hosts responded quickly to any queries we had. It is a short walk to the Archeological Museum and a short taxi ride to Knossos. A couple of notable restaurants are Avli and Peskesi, which are above and beyond the standard fare but not unduly expensive. As mentioned in a previous review the restaurant immediately downstairs, Sir Papafigos, was good too.

It was beautiful and host had a great communication, we had troubles with the location because the street was closed, no elevator and the water was cold but other than that it was a great stay. It was clean and a beautiful apartment not far from the center by car

Arrived to very clean and extremely well decorated apartment with lots of personal touches and welcome items. Hosts information and guest book with a lot of information on local area. Location is the best, just across the road from a lovely beach.

This is our second time at Mafalda’s place and we wouldn’t stay anywhere else in Portugal. Her place is in a great location, close to all of the major attractions and restaurants but so quiet at night you can sleep with the windows open. Mafalda has included everything to make the stay relaxing, with comfortable beds, fresh linens, plenty of towels, extra toiletries and kitchen essentials. If her place is available when considering a stop off in Lisbon, you should book it. Her place rents during the busy months and beyond. Enjoy!

Superbe appartement, vue magnifique, même si l'accès au parking est très étroit, c'est un énorme service de disposer d'une place de parking. Très bon séjour.

Wir waren zu siebt in Barcelona und alle waren super zufrieden. Es gab eine super freundliche und unkomplizierte Kommunikation. Obwohl wir erst am späten Abend angereist sind und sehr früh unser Rückflug ging, war Check-In und Check-Out kein Problem. Wir haben noch einen super Tipp für ein passendes Lokal in der Nähe bekommen, in welchen wir den Geburtstag unseres Sohns sehr schön feiern konnten. Die Lage ist perfekt, weil vieles gut zu Fuß erreichbar war und Bus und Metro direkt vor der Tür halten. Für uns eine klare 10 von 10 👍

Wow! Where do I start?!! This is one of the nicest, cleanest apartments that I’ve ever stayed in. When I walked in after an 11-hour flight from California, it smelled so clean; everything was in place, and the view to the Mediterranean was Amazing! If it weren’t for having to get groceries, I could have stayed in this apartment on the deck the entire time. Vassil was extremely helpful in every way as a host. His instructions were very clear; he suggested some great restaurants and wonderful day trips from Nice. If I had a question for Vassil, he always responded very quickly. I plan to return to Nice before end of the year, and I hope that one of Vassil’s apartments will be available. Vassil is most definitely a 5-star host!🌸

Amazing view over Woolacombe beach - what can be better than watching sunset with a glass of bubbles in a hot tub! The apartment is exactly as advertised, all in perfect order and spotlessly clean. We will definitely return.

Fantastisch verblijf gehad. Zeer ruim appartement met een magnifiek zicht op de zee. De terrassen zijn ook zalig om te vertoeven!

Helga's home was perfect! The location is so beautiful, with every window looking onto an orange grove filled with bird song. The location is so peaceful and quiet. The path to the wall beyond the grove was enchanting and the view of the sea a must see. We walked there each morning to sip our coffee. The home is large, and kept in perfect condition. Helga was very helpful in making sure we got in and are happy. Her assistant Rosa was lovely and helpful. We would definitely stay again, and didn't want to leave. The bed in the bedroom is firm, and on the cooler days the floor can be cold so bring some warm socks. The home is equipped with heat that works really well, and I imagine it stays nice in the summer with the many windows and the breeze. If you are headed to Sorrento, stay here!

We really enjoyed our time at Marco’s apartment. The view was beautiful from the balcony with stunning sunsets over the water. The amenities were clean and working which allowed us to spend our 3 nights as though we were at home. The walk to the main part of town is easy but there are also supermarkets and restaurants much closer for when you don’t want to walk. We would recommend staying here.

Fun, clean apartment. Good location, close to beach and walkable to town. Parking is expensive - wish a permit was included.
