It boasts a leafy private garden at the back. We can have 2 extra guests (total 8). Please ask us directly It is very easy to reach our house, 5 minute walk from the train station and 10 from the bus and car parking in Piazzale Roma. It is 3 minute walk from Riva di Biasio and 5 from S. Tomà waterbus stops.

We are located in Marghera, the most convenient location to reach Venice (and not only!) from the mainland: the bus stop is 3' walk, the train station 10'. The journey takes about 13'. We are surrounded, however, by historical churches which contain some of the finest works of art in Venice.

The apartment was the home of an Arsenalotto (ship builder). Renovated in 2018. Free wi-fi. Two steps away from the Biennale and the Arsenale. At the time of check in we will request a photo ID or passport to check in and also will collect €4 “tassa di soggiorno Venezia Italia”(tourist city taxes) per person per night. Exception person 10-15yo will be charged €2 and children under 10yo are exempt. However the fee is discontinued after 5 consecutive days of stay.
