Really lovely property. Spacious, well equipped and immaculately clean. Perfect for my team working on a project locally. Lisa's communication was always timely, accurate and friendly. We would definitely stay again if the need arises.

This place was a massive 5/5. A family of 5, 3 of which had mobility problems. It had everything we could ever want in a fully accessible home and more! Beautiful house, lovely large garden which my dogs loved! Not too far from main shops and a big field at the back of the house to walk the dogs. Highly, highly recommend for anyone with a family member with mobility issues. I can’t thank you enough!

Just got home from a lovely, relaxing stay here. Met up with 5 friends who now live all over the country and this was a great, central location. Tom met us as we arrived and showed us how everything worked. House was clean with some quirky lamps, each bedroom had an en-suite plus kettle and cups. The hot tub was a perfect addition. Lost many an hour chatting away while sat in it. Would definitely stay again.

Our stay at Little Beech in Evenley from April 28 to May 1, 2025, was absolutely wonderful. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed into a warm, beautifully presented space that radiated tranquility and comfort. The setting is peaceful and private, offering the perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. Every detail has been thoughtfully considered—from the cozy interior decor to the well-equipped amenities that made us feel right at home. Waking up to the serene surroundings was a joy each day, and we left feeling completely refreshed and relaxed. This is a truly special retreat, and we’re so grateful for the hospitality. Highly recommended—we’ll definitely be back!

A perfect place for a family get together, one in a wheelchair and also 2 dogs. The house has a nice architectural living space, light with plenty of room, good layout and well equipped for 8 guests. The garden is beautiful, equipped with outdoor chairs, a summerhouse and is a good place to relax and bask in the sun The village location is great, for walking from the door, eating locally ( recommend The Bell) and exploring the surrounding area and attractions by car. We had a warm and helpful welcome from Nick who responded quickly to any queries we had and made our stay very easy.

I had an amazing stay at this place! The space was incredibly clean and well-maintained, making me feel right at home from the moment I walked in. The house was also very spacious, providing plenty of room to relax and unwind. The pictures just don’t do it justice. Swimming pool and Sauna was a nice touch for sure and definitely made use of it. John was responsive and helpful, making the entire experience seamless. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay

Patricia's home is lovely, warm and cozy. We booked at the last minute so that our family could spend Christmas together. We appreciated the lovely welcome and provision of staples like milk, butter, tea, coffee, juice and also crusty bread. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook a full Christmas dinner with ease. Patricia had even gone to the trouble to decorate her home for Christmas for us, which was very special. We all enjoyed our time together there. It is a bonus to have a full bathroom and an extra toilet for a family, too. The setting in the park is peaceful and welcoming and there are nice walks around the woods and lakes; our dog loved it, too. This is a wonderful place to stay in every way and Patricia is a very thoughtful and accommodating host. Thank you!

We were greeted well upon arrival. They showed and explained everything. We were also lucky to see beautiful peacocks on the territory. The house corresponds to the description and photos. There is a good sauna, a large pool and there is a passage from a small goubina to a large one. The jacuzzi is also large. Everything is clean and neat, we liked it, the child is delighted, we will definitely come again.🙃

really enjoyed our stay in this tiny place. good to be aware there is no lounge area (inside though there is outside) - it is really small, and not much window! but it is very sweet and in the loveliest quiet spot beside a canal - so the walks etc were gorgeous and it was a good base. we had some issues early on but Heather was really responsive and helpful and someone came over and sorted us out quickly and with minimum fuss. For that reason I am giving 5 stars. They do seem to care about your comfort. Lovely quirky place for 2.

Lovely place to stay with great facilities. Super host. Loved the small touches such as the access to children’s toys and wine on arrival. Fantastic views . We loved that we could watch the animals. The place felt very private and was in a great location to visit nearby towns. Thank you for a lovely stay!

I didn’t stay personally, but my partner and daughter went there for a weekend, the place is wonderful, especially if you have dogs. Beds are comfortable and all round reports were positive. The only things worth a mention I suppose our lack of Wi-Fi/phone reception and also if you are driving a van the people on the gate can be quite unhelpful. Probably best mentioning it in advance so the owner can have a word but my family loved it and would happily go back 😊

Fantastic stay. Cannot fault the accommodation or the hosts who were more than helpful and lovely! Beautifully clean and very pretty cottage and gardens. (Just a short distance from Addington Equestrian Centre for horsey events ). Will be back!

I was very impressed with Manor Cottage which was clean, comfortable and very peaceful. It is set in the semi formal garden of the Manor House which leads onto open county side with well marked public footpaths/access. Daniel and Angela were very responsive and got back to me on any queries I had straight away. It has all the facilities that are needed in addition to private use of the pool and Shetland ponies, chickens and ducks which you can visit if you wish! I will definitely visit again. I only wish there were more bedrooms so I could share how lovely this place is with more of my family/friends.

Louise accommodation is lovely and in clean. It very quite so great if you want to get away. There were slight issues with the WiFi. Louise was very helpful and responded to all our requests. Would highly recommend.

This was booked a few weeks before we stayed and suited us to the ground. Bicester Village was the perfect place close by to get to Oxford by train. Easy to get to Blenheim Palace for their opening Christmas Weekend and Festival of illuminations. The Property had everything you could wish for, air Fryer, Washer, Dryer, Dishwasher, Fridge etc Christmas really did start early for as we were leaving with over an inch of snow on the Green and then 2 hours driving home in a Blizzard.

Lovely Easter stay very comfortable house and walkable to everything. Everything you needed in house, hopefully we will stay again. Thank you very much!

Had a lovely 2 night stay, accommodation as described, clean and comfortable. Welcome pack (milk, butter, bread, porridge pots, fruit juice tea and coffee) much appreciated. Safe parking available. Good value for the money.

It was a privilege to be able to stay in such a beautiful setting. Perfect for relaxing and enjoying the surrounding countryside. The cottage was very homely and we really appreciated the provisions provided. Personally, I was in horse heaven! Thank you so much, Caroline, Roger and Lucy. We definitely would want to come back.

Went away for the weekend and had an amazing stay. The Shepard’s hut was spotless with all the amenities listed. The hot tub and outdoor space was lovely and easy to use. The local area was stunning, with lovely walks and restaurants near by. A perfect getaway.

Wow! What a fantastic lodge and fantastic hosts. The views of the reservoir are simply stunning. Will and Ella couldn’t do enough for us. We had the best time and will be returning in the future for sure. Thanks again guys

Thank you very much Cara for a wonderful stay, as well as for accommodating our earlier check-in. We very much enjoyed our long weekend. There were some lovely walks nearby, the view from the garden and from the cabin was very scenic, including at sunset, and we would recommend it. Spotlessly clean as well, which is always a priority for us.
