Wow! Where do I start! The lodge absolutely exceeded our expectations! The photos looked beautiful but it was even more amazing in person! The weekend away was a celebration for my birthday and a new job. Nat & JJ had made a real fuss with a big balloon and banners! Which made me feel lovely! The lodge was spotless! The style was quirky and right up our street! There was everything and more you could think of in the lodge and even a very thoughtful welcome basket!! The bedrooms were spacious and the beds were very comfortable! Now for the views 😍 what an incredible site to wake up In the morning with a cuppa and see the wonderful lake and people on the jet ski! The hot-tub was just an added bonus! Overall we were so incredibly happy with our decisions to stay! We all had the best weekend and can’t wait to return! Thank you so much again xx

We really enjoyed our stay, the pod (pod 2) accommodation was fantastic and fitted our needs as a family of 4, with brilliant views that could be enjoyed from the hot tub. The onsite play park for kids was unexpected but really good and there was plenty of other space for them to play too. We didn't pay attention to which pod we had booked but there are different internal layouts and orientations/locations on the site so something we will be aware of next time we come.

A lovely cabin next to a lake. Open plan layout felt like you had lots of space even when 6 people staying together. Hot tub was amazing and such a great addition. Comfy beds and every room having a en-suite was an added bonus. Would stay again!

This place was outstanding!! Your private getaway with a hot tub! The host has thought of every single detail. The place was spotless, the kitchen well stocked, some snacks & bubbly were a lovely touch.

We stayed at Emily's place for our 10 year anniversary. It was absolutely magical. The cabin is in beautiful surroundings and very peaceful... just what we wanted. There is lots to do in surrounding areas but we made the most out of the wild pool, sauna and BBQ area. We woke up to the sound of wildlife. Sitting on the decking, with our morning coffee, surrounded by animals and greenery was absolute BLISS. We will definitely be returning in the future and recommending to friends and family!

Couldn’t ask for more. The Mirror House was absolutely stunning and a beautiful sanctuary in the woods . We look forward to staying again.

We had the most relaxing couple of days here. we stayed In pod 3 & it was just as described, spotlessly clean, couldn’t ask for much more. The photos showed a nice egg chair on the decking which we didn’t actually have but this didn’t but a dampener on anything. Would definitely recommend and we will be coming back soon.

It's exactly as the pictures are - lovely and quiet. Will was a really good host, very responsive and was super helpful when setting up the hot tub etc. The Airbnb is really well located for what we wanted, we spent the day at Bletchley Park which was great. If you're staying for more than a couple of nights and have the capacity to I would pack some extra pillows and cushions. The bed is pretty good considering that it's the table too. The perfect place for a short stay away!

We had a lovely time, even in winter when the rain was pouring! It's cosy and clean, close to Rutland water if you want to visit. I'm originally from Rutland and we were visiting family, it's a short journey to Oakham, Uppingham, Rutland water, close to amenities. It was great to have the dog with us and our 5-year-old. We will be booking again!

Beautiful lodge everything was there even down to treats for us and our dog. Very dog friendly. We will definitely book agian and recommend to others.

Lovely weekend break on the edge of Oxford, beautiful peaceful surroundings. The place felt very homely and was clean. Checking in was straight forward and replies were quick

Great little getaway in a lovely park-like location on a beautiful lake. If you like watersports, this is the place for you! (We were in the area to visit family, so we didn’t partake in any water sports). Very well appointed lodge with everything you need. A couple minor issues (eg. couldn’t find a remote) were dealt with quickly. Highly recommended for a peaceful getaway or family vacation.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here! The bed was very comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed. The living areas were nicely decorated. We felt right at home! We’ll definitely stay here again.

I recently enjoyed an outstanding stay at Kate and Frank's Airbnb with my wife and dog, arguably the best Airbnb experience we've had. The location is ideal, conveniently off the M40 and on the edge of the Cotswolds, offering plenty to explore nearby. Upon arrival, we were warmly greeted by their friendly farm dog, Fred, a big fluffy bear of a dog who quickly became friends with our dog. Kate made sure we had everything we needed and then gave us space, although she was available if needed. The accommodations exceeded our expectations; spacious, well-maintained, and featuring a must-have hot tub. The thoughtful extras elevated our stay, they included a variety of snacks and drinks; beer, Prosecco, local bread, eggs, and baked goods, as well as a fully stocked kitchen with essentials. Plenty of towels, bathrobes and flip flops were provided for the hot tub. Although there was no Wi-Fi, our phone signal sufficed (o2) and there was a Sky+ box provided. We hope to return again

What a great find if your in Banbury, and what a fantastic host Kate was. Nothing was too much. The cabin was so homely and mattress was heavenly slept a solid 10 hours. Hot tub was glorious. I feel so great after a relaxing few days.

Lovely cosy cabin, like a shepherds hut but with more space and amenities. We stayed for a night with a 3 and 1 year old to break a long journey and was a great stopover. Hosts sent helpful instructions and place was as described if not looked a little nicer. Was great having access to cot and highchair and the play bits outside and the kids also loved seeing the goats and chickens. Thanks for a lovely stay

Antonia's place was warm and homely. Although in her garden, I had off road parking and didn't feel either overlooked. It was clean and I felt at home straight away, especially with her pictures and knick-knacks! She suggested places to go but was not intrusive. Lovely break.

My 2 sisters and I stayed for 2 nights. We loved the cosiness of the accommodation and the beds were comfy. The location was great, very peaceful but with local towns nearby.

We were very lucky to have the weather on our side. the decking was a gorgeous place to enjoy the sunshine over looking the lake! the kids loved feeding the geese and swan and enjoyed watching the waterskier whizz passed. Absolutely loved the place and will definitely go again.

Thank you for giving us the space we needed to relax . The Boat house is very spacious. I feel so relaxed which is just what I needed. Beautiful surroundings. Lovely walks, I would highly recommend this place and this lovely host to anyone

We had a wonderful stay at Andy & Eileen's little cottage. The unit was spotless and had everything we needed. As a bonus, some extras was included in the fridge. The bathroom was spotless, there were plenty of towels and TP, everything in the kitchen was fully functional and in great working order, and the fridge was full size and cold. Internet, sofa, dining table, and TV were all great too. We have absolutely no complaints. The absolute bonus were the two dogs and fenced off bunny rabbits. They were such a delight. And Andy kept an excellent job ensuring any land mines were promptly removed. Overall an excellent stay with some super great hosts. We highly recommend staying here.

Perfect quiet spot within easy reach of Silverstone race circuit. The cabin is cosy and extremely well fitted out, making for a very comfortable stay. The location is private and peaceful. Flexible checkin was appreciated as I was arriving late at night, very clear introductions and easy to access. Would definitely stay again.

Our stay could have not been better. Val communicated to us from the very beginning. Once we got in there everything we needed was just there. Every detail was taken care off, from little chocolates for our arrival, to the position of the chairs at the terrace overlooking the field and sheep’s. We had the chance to meet the hosts and enjoy some conversations with them. The goats and chickens really do add up to the experience. It delta like a little bubble we would love to come back to.

Great place to overnight whilst at a nearby music festival. The cabin was comfortable and had all we needed. Nick was helpful and kind and there was even a car space allocated. The gentle noise of the chickens as we ate breakfast outside was a bonus.
