Absolutely loved our stay here, the cottage its self was gorgeous and the space inside was a really great lay out and very spacious! The cottage had everything we needed as-well as the little extras that were complimentary, and overall Sheila has been a great host and I would recommend this place, we had an amazing stay here! I would definitely recommend John’s place for a visit to Hebden Bridge! Conveniently close to the train station, the house is in peaceful surroundings with beautiful views. The place is very spacious. Kitchen was spotless, beds were really comfortable, and John left a kind welcome pack of breakfast ingredients, fruit and snacks. There’s also lots of useful info about the area, including walks, restaurants and pubs.

Carol was very welcoming and provided very helpful information about the areas and commute options. She knew a lot about India and we had few interesting talks. She was kind to accommodate our early check-in request. The uber service is cheaper than local taxis and very convenient from Carol's house. It is an open parking on the street and we had no trouble finding space. Overall a good stay at Carol's.

What a brilliant host. The house was perfect for our short stay and Ian even left our kids an Easter egg as a surprise for Easter. If we are ever in the area again we would stay again.

I had the most wonderful experience staying here. Rosie was very welcoming and made me feel right at home from the moment I arrived. The cottage is beautiful and really cozy. The upstairs was spacious and the bed was perfect for a good night's sleep. Rosie was kind enough to take the time to walk with me to the River Derwent. It was such a beautiful stroll and a lovely way to see the area through a local’s eyes. She also gave great tips on nearby places to explore and walk around. In the evening, they even offered me pizza and chips, which was so thoughtful and kind. Breakfast the next morning was delicious. I had a fresh fruit salad followed by a lovely hot breakfast. Rosie also shared a homemade jam, which made it feel all the more special. I couldn't recommend Rosie's place enough. Thank you, Rosie and Paul, for the warm hospitality!

I just want to reiterate what everyone else has already said about Belinda and Ian's place - it's a fantastic place to stay. Belinda is an amazing cook so you can expect good home cooked food. It's the perfect balance of being chatty and sociable but also getting your own space to relax. Highly recommend!

Had a great stag do weekend, very much helped by this great property. There was 11 of us and had plenty of space, it’s huge! The karaoke machine is a nice addition. We made good use of the pool table, again was fantastic to have in there for a stag do. There was food available if we wanted it which was a nice touch. We brought 3 cars and parking was easy on the street. Excellent location, just a short drive into the city centre and the street it’s on feels safe. The only minor downside I could say is there being 1 bathroom between that many people, however we were aware of this beforehand and felt it didn’t detract from the experience at all - the price for everything you get is 100% worth it. Would recommend this property for anyone planning a stag / hen do. Thanks so much Richard!

Nigel and his wife were very friendly, sociable and professional. Their place was cozy, warm and had all the necessary amenities for a 2 night stay. Their kitchen too was well equipped. Would definitely recommend their place to anyone who passes through Kendal.

This was the third time we stayed in Martin and Carmens lovely apartment while our son is studying at the university. It’s such a comfortable and well appointed place within easy reach of Leeds city centre but very quiet and peaceful.

We loved staying at Jane & Andrew’s “cottage” as I’m calling it. It’s so much more than an apartment, it’s so spacious, beautiful and welcoming with a lovely courtyard at the back along with the hot tub. We didn’t visit the farm since my hubby has had hip & knee surgery recently and the uphill climb would have been too much for him but for sure we’ll be back and hopefully he’ll be fit enough to do it then. The local Sainsbury’s is just a 10 minute walk away so I would walk there and then take a cheap 3.50 quid Uber back with heavy groceries…like Guinness, lol The West End pub is also a 10 minute walk away and a cheap 3.50 quid Uber back too. We flew from Toronto to visit family in Wyke and adored staying in this gem of a place for a week. So peaceful and a perfect size for two adults. The owners’ Grandkids were just next door, so if you have a couple of kids there’s plenty of room for them too and I’m sure they’d all get along, but as just us two adults we had loads of room.

Wir hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt in der Wohnung von Diana. Die Wohnung ist sauber, schön und super Eingerichtet. Es ist alles vorhanden was man braucht. Die Ausstattung ist absolut ausreichend. In der Umgebung findet man alles was man braucht, von Pubs, Restaurants, Schnellrestaurants, Supermarkt und Tankstellen. Es ist auch zu Fuß sehr gut erreichbar. Die Kommunikation mit Diana war super und der Check In sehr einfach. Parkplatz direkt vor der Tür. Von dort kann man viele Sehenswürdigkeiten mit dem Auto erkunden und erreichen. Wir haben uns wohlgefühlt und würden es wieder buchen. Kann man empfehlen.

Thank you Helen for accommodating us do well. The milk and breakfast things were a great help. Walking into the centre of York is easy. Lots of eateries and coffee shops near by. Fab to be so close to the station and have car parking space. A great stay!

This is the second time we have stayed with Winston and we would stay again. The property is perfect for us. Close to transportation, shops and restaurants and perfectly outfitted with everything we need. You can also always count on either Winston or Liz to respond quickly if you have any questions or concerns.

I was visiting York for the first time with my partner and was swayed by this property due to the free parking and nice looking place. I am so glad I was. The space is STUNNING, much bigger than the pictures and honestly such great value for money. The hosts, David and Anita, were super friendly, helpful and made sure we had everything we needed. Important highlights - The water pressure in the shower was good - The bed was super comfy - The location is perfect - The complimentary extras from the hosts were wonderful and generous I would happily say this is the best Air bnb I have stayed in. Hi arrived and felt welcome straight away .Nice area od Scarborough rural-quiet.Which I'm used to wonderful .Accommodation was perfect ,especially the separate bathroom with shower&bath.Breakfast each morning was attentive & nicely presented. Definitely book again as Sarah makes you feel relaxed &at home instantly. Is near to Scarborough but a good walk if your not to fit lol .Taxi would be a plan B if not .Air B&B for me in summer was perfect thankyou ♡

The perfect base for exploring Whitby and the surrounding areas. Helen, Nick and not forgetting their gorgeous pup Daisy were wonderful hosts. We felt so welcomed from the arrival, and throughout our stay with delicious breakfast served daily and the most cosy room and bed to retreat inside after days walking and visiting the coast. We would highly recommended their b&b, and will be back in the future!

Amanda and Kevin were superb hosts with a truly lovely house. This was much more of the fantastic BnB experience than just renting a room. We used this as a base to walk into York and it was perfect for that purpose. The accomodation was stunning, with lovely period features and super clean amenities. Full breakfast in the morning was the final fantastic touch. Would definitely come again and recommend for anyone looking for a peaceful base to explore York.

Der Aufenthalt bei Andrea & Paul war super. Alles war sauber und ordentlich, es war sehr gemütlich eingerichtet und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Andrea war sehr aufgeschlossen und hat uns Tipps zum Essen gehen und Wandern in der Umgebung gegeben. Es gab jeden Morgen ein nettes kleines Frühstück, das wir sehr genossen haben! Wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen und diese Unterkunft weiter empfehlen.

Super bolthole when staying in the Binbrook area. Ideal for us working local over the weekend. Would also be a great place to stay for people wanting to enjoy the Wolds and its walking routes

Amazing overnight stay. Beautiful surroundings, the food In the pub was incredible. Especially the pies! Will be back again for sure. Hosts and everyone were so friendly, even being our 2 big dogs it was a great stay.
