Lovely modern apartment enjoying a prime location on Mundesley seafront with a balcony overlooking the sea and just a 30 second walk from the fabulous award winning beach. Featuring vaulted ceilings, lounge with kitchen area, bedroom, bathroom, wifi and private parking. The bedroom has a zip link bed so can be set up as either a twin OR double room, the additional sleeping arrangement is the double sofa bed in the lounge (we will provide the bedding). travel cot & highchair available on request.

Secluded Sunhouse situated at the bottom of a large 2 acre garden. The house is surrounded by a conservation area and there are beautiful walks to the coast from the doorstep. Yet it is only 1/4 mile from a train station & Suffield Arms. The Sunhouse: open plan self contained living space, which comprises of a kitchen diner & Lounge / sleeping area, with a wood burner. There is a bathroom with shower. Depending on the time of year you visit it will be in different stages of growth and bloom.

THE BARN ANNEXE: COUNTRYSIDE YET CLOSE TO BEACHES.

The Annexe is situated just off the road down a country track in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty and is a newly renovated space within our barn conversion. It is located in a rural part of North Norfolk and although surrounded by countryside, it is also only a short distance to many beautiful beaches, making it the perfect escape. The village centre has a bus stop and a welcoming pub, both are within walking distance (a tranquil 15-20 minute walk). There are also train links nearby too.

Only a 3 minute walk to the train station, and good amenities close by.

Our home is bright & light and has large living spaces, with the main living room looking out onto the patio and garden which gets direct sunlight all day. The kitchen is well equipped with cooking utensils and Nespresso coffee. The bungalow has 3 dining areas - kitchen, dining and garden. Stunning appartment as part of barn conversion in quiet, rural location, just 2 miles from the sea with a village pub within easy walking distance. Very comfortably furnished with under-floor heating, large shower, kitchen/living room, free wifi & off-road parking. Lovely countryside walks and cycle routes on our doorstep and 2 awarding winning pubs/restaurants less than 3.5 miles away. Unfortunately, the accommodation is not suitable for children or babies and we do not accept pets.

The Annexe at Diggens Farmhouse is a newly renovated space with fully fitted kitchen, modern bathroom and comfortable double bedroom. There is private parking and we offer a welcome pack of bread, butter and milk plus tea and coffee making facilities and WIFI. Aylsham is midway between Norwich and Cromer and 10 miles from the Broads and close to Blickling Hall. We are 10 minutes walk from Aylsham Town Centre and 5 minutes from M&S Simply Food. 2 night minimum stay.

It is in an excellent position for walking or cycling with direct access to a network of footpaths and the popular long distance footpath of Weavers Way.
