Newly updated with amenities including mini-split A/C and heat systems, high-speed WiFi and all new furniture.

Unique Waterfront Artist Cottage

Once a horse stable, Lil Rose now sleeps up to five just a short walk from a private beach. PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING: Rentals in season (April-October) are only offered by the week (Saturday-Saturday). November rentals are offered with a 4-night minimum. Rentals December-March are offered with a 3-night minimum. Pets are accepted (max 2) but you MUST let us know in your booking request about your pet so that we can prepare the property. There is a PET FEE that must be paid prior to check in.

Designer West End Detached Cottage

West End detached cottage ideally located between Commercial and Bradford Streets, across from Mussel Beach Gym and a block to all of the excitement Provincetown has to offer. Restaurants, bars, and beaches are at your doorstep. The cottage was rebuilt in 2008 with the charm you would expect from a Provincetown cottage and filled with natural light from windows on all four sides. The cottage has a large private enclosed stone patio complete with hot/cold outdoor shower with areas for seating.

The open floor plan pours in sunlight, and the private deck provides abundant space to relax. A short 3-5 min stroll to the bay, where you can walk for miles during low tide. Dogs welcome! Parking on site for 1 car, laundry, a shared yard

"Great location and super clean!! Roof deck was great as well" (Thalia May 2021) This suite has it all! You will love all the nooks and crannies along with a great view of the P-Town Monument. Relax on the shared deck or dress and enjoy all that Commercial St has to offer. Explore the shops, restaurants, clubs, & shows. Grab the provided beach chairs because that’s right across the street! Come back to comfortable beds, close the room darkening blinds and refresh to begin another day.

Cape Cod Getaway 2 Bedroom Cozy Home

Newly updated in March 2023 with new white interior paint, new black doorknobs and cabinet pulls and new blinds throughout the home. Fresh paint, updated hardware, some new small appliances and added new art but same Cape cottage charm! NOTE: Weekly rentals mid-June through mid-September- Linens and towels can be provided in a basket or you are welcome to bring yours from home- just let us know. During this time (Mid June through Mid September, check in and out are on Saturdays.

Please note the efficiency style kitchen has a toaster oven but no burners or stove. Private parking. Association offers an outdoor grilling area & fire pit. It’s conveniently situated on the shuttle route, providing easy access to Provincetown. Beach chairs & umbrella are included.

The area is residential, so it's quiet. A quick 4 mile ride to Provincetown. There's parking on site, as well as a boat launch. No need to pack up to head to the beach - you are at the beach! Perfect for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids).
