Saturday - Saturday rentals during prime season (Memorial Day Wk- End thru Labor Day Wk-End). No monthly discounts during summer prime. Bed/Bath linens additional fee ($75) or BYOL

It is also a rocks throw from the infamous skate barn Skateboard park, yet insulated well so you can enjoy a peaceful stay. It is perfect for meditation or quiet time by the water's edge, or for fishing, art, reading, writing, kayaking or paddleboarding. It is close to Wilmington, Wrightsville Beach, Topsail Island and Hampstead where there is shopping, restaurants, outdoor and cultural activities and beautiful beaches. It's old, but it is full of charm!
