Dedicated parking space. It's a short walk to the seafront and the many amenities in Weston-super-mare and very close to Weston Woods and the lovely Prince Consort Gardens. The early 18C cottage is a part of our home but totally separate and self contained. It retains many of the features of the time and is full of character. The two doubles are a good size and have wardrobes and shelving. The property enjoys two bathrooms; each close to each of the 2 bedrooms. There is a large lounge with a wood burning stove, ample seating, TV and a piano. The large kitchen has a range, microwave cooker and dishwasher. In the utility room there is a washing and tumble drier.

This first-floor apartment faces the beach at Kewstoke, with views directly across the Bristol Channel to Cardiff and the islands of Flat Holm and Steep Holm. The living-room area and the larger bedroom feature patio doors which open onto the balcony, which faces west and is ideal for watching the sunset on summer evenings. Sand Bay is a stretch of unspoilt beach, very tranquil, but there are pubs and restaurants within walking distance, and a bus into the nearby town of Weston-Super-Mare.

Guests can use the patio garden using chairs, table and bench. The property is 200 meters from the beach lawns, promenade and seafront. Local Co-op, cashpoint, butcher, take-aways and cafes.
