This spacious condo is bright and airy with warm furnishings, a kitchenette with an island, private bedroom with a full bed and a modern bathroom with a glass walk-in shower. Portage Park is Chicago’s largest Polish neighborhood and is home to vintage charm, heaps of history and classic Chicago-style bungalows. The National Veterans Art Museum is a poignant must-see while you’re here with its combat-era art.

Fantastic Location / Private Room

Enjoy easy access to everything from this perfectly located home base. Walking distance to Wrigley Field, The Vic, The Briar Street Theater (Blue Man Group), some of the cities best restaurants, bars and coffee shops, Advocate Illinois Masonic Medical Center, The CTA’s Red Line which takes you right downtown to the Loop, Depaul, Chinatown and a host full of other Chicago destinations. There’s really no need for a taxi or Uber with so much that is walkable or accessible from the red line.

Located in the Lakeview neighborhood, it is 1/2 mile to the Brown & Red Line el trains, less than a mile to Wrigley Field and 1.5 miles to the lakefront. The Lakeview Loft will provide guests a true Chicago experience while staying in a great Chicago neighborhood. We believe in giving back to our neighborhood as well so for each booking we donate $5 to a local children's charity.

Creative and quiet light-filled garden unit with lots of books, accompanied by comfortable lounge furniture and touches of nature for cozying up and relaxing after long travel or late nights. This is a perfect space for solo travelers or couples. This is also a great space if you are traveling with a small child or infant. The place is set up much like a hotel room in that it does not have a kitchen but we do provide a mini fridge and Nespresso machine.

You can go just about anywhere in the city in about 20-30 min as we are 5 minutes away from the Montrose blue line train stop, Kimball brown line train stop, and the I90/94 interstate. Please note, some areas have lower soffit ceilings.

You'll have a great time at this comfortable place, 12 minutes from o’Hare airport and 20 minutes from downtown, dunning pour house is a nice bar&restaurant just 2 buildings down from the place, which is nice you don’t have to drive or look for parking, there is a park across the street also walking distance and couple of grocery and liquor stores plus a dry cleaner also walking distance!
