I would definitely recommend this rental, it was close to the areas we wanted to visit, it was extremely clean and very cozy. It was easy to reach Lauren and any questions we had were answered quickly. Easy check in and check out, overall a wonderful experience and I would book this place again.

Great stay at this place! We stayed there a week before Chiistmas and the place had a beautiful Christmas tree and other Christmas decorations around the home. This really made it feel like home. We were able to sit at the fireplace and have a glass of wine and it even snowed that night which totally made the stay feel like a holiday. I would highly recommend this place. It was squeekly clean, sits on the water with great views, and easy to get to.

A wonderful place that felt even larger than in the pictures, surrounded by beautiful scenery, offering complete privacy, and the perfect touch of a delicious hot tub experience under a snowy night.

This was our second stay at David’s home and it was everything we had hoped for. The house was spotless, well stocked and extremely comfortable. David does not cut corners and it shows. Speaking of David - he has always been friendly, responsive, knowledgeable and an all-around perfect host. We’re looking forward to visiting again in 2025!

Ahn’s house was very welcoming, cozy and clean…we felt right at home and ate dinners as a family at the big table for the first time in a long time. Plenty of amenities provided, the beds were comfy, there are games and books, the courtyard has a little table perfect for morning coffee, it made us all slow down a little and enjoy the time we had together. Within walking distance to the town where there are a tun of shops and places to eat, everyone was friendly and the views were pretty. Ahn was super helpful and answered all of my questions quickly. Not one of us had a complaint, I highly recommend the space!

Denise's home was beautiful, clean and extremely comfortable. She was so sweet and left and nice note for my family. She also left snacks and treats for my dogs. I definitely recommend anyone in the area to rent this home. I would definitely rent again.

A nice place to stay which was exactly as advertised. Great sized kitchen which made it easy to cook in. Wally was great to deal with.

We absolutely loved our stay! The location was perfect for our family trip to Boston - a short walk to Boston Commons, and close to the T to get anywhere in the city quickly. We loved the historic charm of the house, and the well equipped kitchen made breakfasts easy each morning before we took off on our Freedom Trail adventures. Thanks for a great stay!

It was even better than we expected. Location was convenient, house was beautiful and exceptionally clean. I'm OCD so this was big for us. She had an informative booklet on the counter when we arrived. She was great with communication. We wouldn't hesitate to go back someday.

We had enjoyed our stay on the first floor of this house in the heart of a very nice Jamaica Plain neighborhood. The house is only about a 10 minute (or less) walk to the Stony Brook station of the orange T line, so very convenient for traveling to various places in Boston. The rooms were clean, the kitchen is spacious, and the beds were very comfortable. We also enjoyed streaming Andor on the Disney channel (Netflix was also available) in the evenings after we got back from touring downtown Boston. Recommended.

We stayed here while we were attending a conference at the convention center and it was a great location! The neighborhood felt safe and it was an easy walk to the conference and also to good local restaurants and coffee shops. The apartment was clean and comfortable with everything we needed. A lovely place to stay in the Salem. Great location that’s very walkable to downtown Salem and all the attractions therein. The apartment is great, with a comfy bed, smart TV and a well-equipped kitchen for preparing meals when not dining out. Host was very helpful, responsive and accommodating. Thank you!

Rong was very friendly and helpful and communication with her was very reliable and uncomplicated. We had a good stay and the accommodation is a good base from which to explore Boston.

Mark and his villa were perfect for us during our "displacement" for almost 2 weeks while our floor was redone. He was the perfect host: 1 - being beyond accommoative with our quick displacement 2 - was an excellent communicator and lightning quick responses before/during/after our stay 3 - the villa is in a gorgeous area, with plenty to do nearby and all the amentities you could want: grocery stores, restaurants, and things to see/do super close 4 - there's plenty of room throughout the house for everyone (including our dog!) 5 - the kitchen is well-stocked both with cooking staples and equipment, even had a fresh bag of coffee waiting for us! I can't recommend him and this listing enough, whether you are displaced during reno's like we were or just in the area and looking for a place that can feel like a home away from home. It has everything you could need/want from my perspective, and I am very picky when I am spending an elongated period of time. Thanks Mark, was a pleasure :)

Like others' recommendation, Anna is such a warm hearted and knowledgable host. She will always care about you, good at communication while keep certain privacy. She will prepare you coffee and tea and cookie in the morning. Her house is very clean located at beautiful, peaceful and safe neighborhood with direct bus stop nearby. She help make my BM trip so easy and I will defenitely book again in the future and recommend to others.

Anna is a very nice and pleasant host! I had a great two nights of sleep. There was coffee in the morning in a nice dining room. I would stay there again.

We really enjoyed our stay at Tamara’s house. We arrived very late at night and everything is ready for us. We are a family of five and we do quite a bit of cooking. We got everything we needed from the house, saved us time and money. Highly recommend this house to everyone visiting the Boston/Newton area.
