Our (shrinking) family lives on the main floors and you will stay in the 1500 square foot daylight basement apartment with separate entrance. You will have complete privacy, but also the peace of mind knowing the owners are nearby.

Soothing colors, so comfortable, and lots of extras. Our “mini farm” is located on over an acre in a quiet bedroom community. Beautiful views of our small orchard, garden, and the mountains. Easy access to downtown, trails, reservoirs, etc. More than enough space inside the suite, and a lovely outdoor dining space.

Under two miles from Willard bay south marina, Smith and Edwards original store, Hotsprings Raceway Utah, and a park with a playground, pickle ball courts, basketball and a beautiful fishing pond. Crystal Hot-springs is 26 miles to the north. This apartment tucked in a quiet neighborhood is a great location for your family.

Beautiful views, close to the North Ogden divide for ski resorts and Pineview Reservoir. Enjoy the air hockey, foosball, skee-ball, arcade, pinball, pool and ping pong table, along with the basketball game. Enjoy your favorite show, or OG Nintendo on the big screen. Unwind after a day on the slopes in the hot tub.
