In Aldwincle village 5 miles from the historic market town of Oundle. Beautiful recently converted bright space with open plan well equipped kitchen, dining and living room with a woodburner. Great country walks and a nature reserve within five minutes. A pretty enclosed garden with patio and a view of the church. Two bedrooms with comfortable Hypnos beds, one king size bed, the other has twin beds. Off street parking for 2 cars. Up to two well-behaved dogs are welcome but not to be left alone.

Converted Barn overlooking fields.

Built in 1634, the Barn is on the edge of a village 5m from Market Harborough in Leicestershire. Converted in 2017, it's on our property but separate from it. Light and airy, it's one room/open plan downstairs, with areas for cooking, dining and relaxing. French doors lead out onto a pretty courtyard garden, with stone steps up to a raised area, where you can watch the sunset over the fields. Upstairs there's a well-equipped bedroom and bathroom with far reaching views over the countryside.

Luxury apartment with outstanding views

We created a self catering studio apartment from our hay loft during the lockdown of 2020. In the heart of the Welland Valley in Leicestershire there are are wonderful views up the hill to Nevill Holt (home of the Nevill Holt Opera Festival) and from the sofa you will be able to watch the sun setting behind the hill. A self-contained annex of 350 year old grade II listed country cottage in the beautiful Rutland village of North Luffenham, close to Rutland Water and historic towns of Stamford, Oakham and Uppingham. Accommodation is perfect for two or a small family with one child, consists of entrance hall with utilities leading up to double bedroom, and shower room on the first floor, and down to kitchen, lounge , working fireplace on the ground floor.
