A truly special hideaway in a unique location within the walls of Holkham Park. The characterful, timber barn dates from 1880 and has been sympathetically renovated to provide a spacious, stylish and comfortable studio room with en suite shower, wood burning stove and garden. Within easy waking distance of Holkham Village, beach and NNR and the picturesque town of Wells-next-the-Sea. THE BARN ANNEXE: COUNTRYSIDE YET CLOSE TO BEACHES.

The Annexe is situated just off the road down a country track in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty and is a newly renovated space within our barn conversion. It is located in a rural part of North Norfolk and although surrounded by countryside, it is also only a short distance to many beautiful beaches, making it the perfect escape. The village centre has a bus stop and a welcoming pub, both are within walking distance (a tranquil 15-20 minute walk). There are also train links nearby too.

National Trust Felbrigg and Blickling are close by and there are regular seal trips from Morston and Blakeney as well as lots of coastal walking. Dog friendly for up 2 dogs with additional charge.
