We stayed here in mid-April and this place is amazing!! It was a calm/quiet area to stay in, close enough of a drive to downtown Naples, and close to the beaches. We drove to the beaches since we had beach gear and there was always parking available. They provided the beach gear, which was perfect so we didn’t have to pack or purchase. The landscape and heated pool out back was beautiful and convenient. We brought our 6-month old baby, a small pool floaty and pack n play was provided as well. So helpful! The hosts were super responsive and helpful. I would book here again and recommend this place!

We loved the house and area, about 2 blocks from the beach. The neighborhood was quiet. We would stay here again. The house is HUGE! Plenty of beach towels, a wagon, beach chairs, and cooler were put to good use every day! Screened in back porch with table was nice for dinners. This has nothing to do with the house or host, just a heads up for others staying in this area - traffic gets very congested in the mornings and mid afternoons so allow extra time when traveling to and from the island.

Truly phenomenal location and setting on the Imperial River. The home is an oasis, featuring an exquisite pool & hot tub and a spectacular outdoor kitchen. This beautiful home sits right on the river, providing direct access to some of the best fishing spots around — we saw manatees and caught tons of fish. The spacious layout and thoughtful design made it a comfortable and inviting space for our family. Loved all the gorgeous woodwork touches, and Rodney was a great host!

Such a beautiful home with a clean, organized, and usable interior living space. The beds are comfortable and the home has everything you need (games, towels, hand soap, washer/dryer, hangers, cooking utensils, coffee maker, etc). The home is large with plenty of space for family or your fur babies-we had our two dogs and the outdoor space is large enough for walks. The pool area is spacious and peaceful. A few notes: The home has 6 exterior cameras which are not noted in the listing. One North and one South facing, two on the pool deck, and a ring camera in addition to a standard camera facing West. We never felt uncomfortable with the cameras but can understand wanting to be aware before reserving. We did not hear any of the alleged roosters or hens as some commenters below reported. So maybe they’re gone now?

Uns hat es in der Unterkunft sehr gut gefallen. Die Ausstattung war spitze, auch die Küche war super ausgestattet und Gewürze und Kaffee vorhanden. Wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen.

Excellent stay. Well equipped, responsive hosts, so comfortable. Loved the pool area, kitchen and dining area, master bed and bath - excellent. Would highly recommend!

There’s really nothing else to say other than this was a perfect vacation. Our hosts were a big part of the reason why. They provided a beautiful, clean and accommodating home. Everything we needed was right there. They literally thought of everything. We were sad to leave.

The place was absolutely amazing—just as advertised! It was well-located, spotless, and perfect for our stay. Sandra was incredibly accommodating, even letting us bring our pup along, which we really appreciated. My kids loved the space, and Sandra’s communication was prompt and responsive throughout. We’ll definitely be looking to stay with her again in the future. Thank you again!

The house was wonderful. Very clean, great pool, and great location. We have rented many places throughout the years and this property management company was by far the best to work with. Extremely responsive and very friendly! Jon was awesome! Even went out of his way to help my son find a baseball game on TV. Would absolutely rent from them again!

The house was fabulous and better than the photos! We had family staying at the Hyatt Regency and this was the perfect location to meet up and be close. As a family, (ages 13-47) we spent the entire day at the house and everyone agreed, it was better than the Hyatt resort! There is a Publix grocery store and several many restaurants within an 8 minute drive. Also, I swoon for the hammock between two Pine trees. If we are lucky, we will come back for another stay!

Our stay at this beach house was nothing short of exceptional! From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by how well-appointed and immaculately clean the home was. Every detail was thoughtfully curated, making it feel both luxurious and comfortable. The outdoor space was truly the highlight— a beautiful pool, relaxing spa, and a fun putting green that kept everyone entertained. Whether we were soaking up the sun by the pool or unwinding in the spa under the stars, it felt like our private oasis. The beach was just a short walk away, making it easy to enjoy the ocean whenever we wanted. Inside, the home was stylishly furnished with high-end touches and had everything we needed for a stress-free vacation. The kitchen was fully stocked, the bedrooms were cozy, and the living areas were perfect for gathering.

We enjoyed our stay, the home was easy to find, easy to access and in a great location with lots of amenities in close proximity. Fully equipped with everything we needed for our stay. Pool was lovely and the home has a great patio area for lounging on an evening. Lots of outdoor furniture to choose from. Night lights in the bathrooms and kitchen were great. Lots of equipment at the ready for use at the beach as well as bikes. Adequately equipped with towels and beach towels. Place was clean and tidy on arrival. I would definitely stay here again. Wir hatten eine großartige Zeit im Haus von Alex. Wir haben sofort sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Ausstattung ist wirklich große Klasse, es ist sehr sauber, sehr geräumig, der Pool inkl. Whirlpool sind super. Alex war ein toller Gastgeber der sich sehr schnell auf Fragen zurück gemeldet hat. Ich empfehle zudem das tolle Gästebuch, welches Alex erstellt hat. Da gibt es alle hilfreichen Infos rund ums Haus. Herzlichen Dank Alex, wir kommen wieder!

Beautiful home in peaceful neighborhood with great location! The home was very clean, had nice amenities, and we felt right at home. Loved the pool and private back yard. Dara was quick to respond to any questions and made the rental a 5 star experience.

What a delight to arrive for our Easter vacation and be greeted by a chocolate bearing Easter Gnome and Easter Bunny when we entered the Seahorse Cottage. Accommodations were perfect for our group of 6 as we came to Naples to see our 5 week old granddaughter (and daughter and son-in-law). The two seating areas, living/dining/kitchen and lanai, allowed us all to sit and visit together whether inside or outside. The heated pool provided hours of enjoyment for our 11 year old daughter and the rest of us were refreshed by the salt water piscina throughout the visit. The location is excellent for peaceful early morning coffee on the screened patio listening to the variety of birds. Proximity to the beach made it easy to take in those special Naples sunsets and make use of the 6 Tommy Bahama beach chairs. The beds were comfortable, appliances all new and everything worked well. Ivana is an exceptional host, who responds quickly to every inquiry. I would not hesitate to rent from her again

Mi esposa y yo pasamos unos dias fenomenales en la renta. La anfitriona es una señora excelente! Siempre estuvo atenta y dispuesta a ayudarnos en nuestras solicitudes y contratiempos sin importar la hora que fuera. La propuedad esta genial para una escapada romantica, la habitacion pequeña pero con suficiente espacio para no sentirte incomodo. La limpieza, la decoraciony el orden que tiene es magnifico. Sin dudas la volveremos a rentar.

We loved our stay at this charming house. It felt like an old Florida house, but with all the modern conveniences. The house was so clean and the bed was comfortable. The backyard is a tropical paradise! The pool and hot tub are heavenly. It is a nice quiet street but one thing to remember is traffic on the main road is extremely slow during peak times. Luckily the beach and restaurants are close and walking distance. We enjoyed the house, even with a few quirks. Communication was great and helpful. We would stay here again.

Can't say enough about how much we enjoyed our stay at Julia's cottage. It is in a beautiful setting with huge trees, yet minutes from groceries and conveniences. Walkable neighborhood. The house is spacious and airy and impeccably clean. Very nice decor which lends to the peaceful getaway feeling. We were there for a combo of remote work and birding and nature. It was very convenient for Sanibel, Corkscrew and dinner/beach in Naples. We loved Estero and hope to return next year.

Kimberly’s home in Bonita Springs was perfect for us. It’s clean, the kitchen is well equipped and there’s a beautifully warm pool. We were very comfortable and happy there. There was some construction noise but the lanai area was still very relaxing and quiet most of the time. There were a couple of dead bugs in the main living when we arrived but we didn’t have any issues with live bugs. The internet was fast and had great coverage throughout the house. We loved the big communal space - kitchen + dining room + family room all connected was awesome. Overall - great home base in Bonita Springs!

The barn at Naples is hands down the best place my boyfriend and I have ever stayed on Airbnb. We arrived to the property late due to a delayed flight. Malinka still made sure to not only introduce herself but show us around the property as well as the amenities it offers before giving us full privacy for the remainder of our stay. Malinka has the most beautiful property that provides a peaceful yet luxurious outdoor experience. During our stay, we enjoyed sleeping in the comfortable king sized bed, eating fresh grilled breakfasts in our outdoor living room, and kicking back in the hammock at night under the palm trees and barn lights. On our last night, we enjoyed a fire under the stars at the property’s cabana. Each morning, Malinka’s dog, Jake, greeted us and each night when we returned from the day’s activities, he lead us back to our parking spot. He was not only incredibly friendly but also very polite. We highly recommend the barn to anyone traveling to Naples!

Beautiful house in convenient location! Neighborhood was quiet and the pool was great! Host was very responsive when we had a couple of minor issues (that were addressed immediately). We very much enjoyed our first snowbird experience!!
