Северный Майами: аренда домов у пляжа

It is a simple place. And well cleaned. Keep in mind that some of the units do not have kitchens at all. This place is mostly popular for adults staying for a week or more. Easy walk to the beach. 30 minutes walk to Publix and several restaurants cross the bridge. Sofa is not big enough for sleeping. Shower head is fixed so it was not easy for me to wash the sand. Daniel is really easy to reach and welcoming host.

Everything you need for the beach and short walks to the beach, great restaurants. Awesome location and Al was great to deal with.

We had a great time. Just was t able to cook because of bugs coming out with the weather change. Bed was super comfortable and AC was lovely! Karima was VERY responsive but we misplaced some jackets in her closet and wasn’t able to get them back. Thank you for your hospitality otherwise!!

Unfortunately, my stay was too short (2 nights). Well-maintained older hotel building. Alex and Sofi go out of their way to please us as guests! Staff is exceptionally helpful and friendly. Area offers so much that's delightful! Beautiful beaches, many options for bike riding (Citybike, many private shops with e-bikes, scooters, beach cruisers, kids bikes/kiddie cabooses.) Can ride on city streets or on the Boardwalk (except no electric allowed). Great restaurants! Nice variety of activity along Ocean Ave. North seems more lively with open-air restaurants/music and South is more upscale and serene with parks. CVS/Walgreens, bus stop all within 5-10 minute walk. I definitely hope to return to one of Alex and Sofi's bnbs!

We had an amazing stay at this Fort Lauderdale property! The location is perfect – just around the corner from the beach, and ideal for our family of 9. There was plenty of space for everyone to spread out, so we never felt on top of each other. The beach chairs, umbrellas, towels, and sunscreen were a thoughtful touch. The private, serene backyard and pool were such a bonus, and we loved relaxing there. Jill was incredibly communicative and accommodating throughout our stay, making sure we had everything we needed. We felt right at home and would definitely recommend this place!

Leo’s place was absolutely perfect! The space was spotless, stylish, and exactly as described. Check-in was smooth, and Leo was an incredibly responsive and thoughtful host. The neighborhood was quiet and convenient, with great local spots nearby. I’d definitely stay here again—highly recommended!

Beautiful house with an unbelievable pool! Within walking distance to all of the restaurants and shops.

Unbeatable location to the beach. Apartment has 2 chairs and 2 towels available as well which was really nice to have. Pool area is very nice and well maintained. The building itself inside is a little run down like other reviews have mentioned, but the room itself is nice.

We can’t say enough great things about this place and I’m recommending it to everyone we know. And I would book it again in a heartbeat—it was literally perfect in every way. The kitchen was well stocked, there were floats for the pool, plenty of beach towels and patio furniture for everyone! Really can’t think of a single improvement I would make. Fabulous all around!

Home was pristine and expansive. Beds were super comfy. Lots of stocked amenities like toilet paper, paper towels, sponges, dish soap. A beautiful home with plenty of space to stretch out. About an 8 minute walk to the beach. Private, quiet, beautiful neighborhood. The hosts were extremely responsive and accomodating. My 8yo son told me to rate this place "10 out of 10" because of the pool and because the neighbor has a mango tree that will probably drop mangos into the yard when they're in season.

We truly enjoyed our stay and have always had wonderful experiences with Brampton homes. The pool was well heated, the communication was excellent, the house was clean and had all of the amenities one could ask for! Thank you for having us! We will be back.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Dan’s place! From the moment we booked, he was incredibly responsive with details and recommendations. He allowed us to check in an hour early to accommodate our flight arrival time. The house was very much as advertised and really matched the description and the photos. The backyard is private and the perfect hangout place. The beach was walkable and all of the things we needed for a beach day were provided (towels, wagon). We reached out about blinds that were broken because we wanted to make sure he was aware of this upon our check-in and he was so responsive. He had someone there the next morning at our earliest availability to repair them! Incredible service and so focussed on our overall experience. Beds were comfortable, and having three bathrooms was perfect for our group of 7. Kitchen was fully equipped, plenty of places for drinks, groceries, and ice. Having washer and dryer was a really great perk as well. 10/10 recommend.

I stayed at Jeff's place with 4 of my cousins, so 5 girls in the house. We were anticipating a trip just to hang out at a beach for a couple of days and this was a great place to do that. It was a great stay, we were close to the beach. Jeff had beach chairs ready for us and a wagon to pull them to the beach. It was like a half a block walk to the boardwalk and beach. We spent a lot of time walking the boardwalk, checking out the shops and eateries and enjoyed the beautiful sandy beach. Their is a nice bottom deck and top deck which we enjoyed coffee out there in the morning and playing cards later at night. We would definitely come back here or recommend this place. Jeff was very easy to reach out to and responded to texts very well. He even called us the morning we were checking out to make sure everything was OK. NOTE: There are towels in the bathrooms, but no wash cloths and no dish cloths (there is a sponge) and no dish towel. So next time I would pack each of those.

Para finalizar uma estadia de quase 1 mês pela Flórida, resolvemos passar os 4 últimos dias relaxando nessa excelente casa. Somos 4 famílias, 9 adultos e 6 crianças ao todo. A escolha não poderia ser mais acertada. A casa está toda estruturada de forma muito aconchegante e funcional, com excelente distribuição dos vários espaços, de forma a agradar a quem nela se hospeda. Está decorada com muito bom gosto e equipada com modernos e completos aparelhos. Além desses aspectos, nos hospedarmos às margens do lingo lago azul e transparente foi um grande diferencial. Nós e as crianças adoramos desfrutar dos banhos e dos equipamentos de sup e caiaque disponíveis. Outro fator positivo é a localização em um bairro residencial tranquilo, perto de muitas lojas, supermercados e restaurantes, próxima do aeroporto e não distante da agitação de Miami e das demais atrações. Por fim, todos os elogios e agradecimentos pela gentileza, cuidado e prontidão do excelente anfitrião Cristian. Nota 10 em tudo!

Stayed in April with family of 5. Tons of space for a small family and the pool is great. Since it’s on the west side of the house the backyard gets great sun all afternoon. The house is a little dated which is clear from the pictures but is well kept and we did not experience any issues with bugs or anything as some of the prior reviews noted. Just a clean and simple house. Location is as good as it gets with the beach a quiet beach just a 3 minute walk. Everything was exactly as advertised.
