It is conveniently located by the Turnpike near the state line and across the street from the newly developed Springfield Forest hiking trail and fishing hole. It currently has 1 Upstairs queen BR for 2 adults and a futon and loveseat to welcome a few kids. A full kitchen, WIFI, and a fenced area for dogs on site!

Upstairs, the Phoenix Sky Loft has 3 XL built in Twin beds, a 100" cinema screen, and galaxy ceiling projector. Spa bathroom with rain shower, copper farmhouse sink, fully equipped kitchen, in-unit washer/dryer. This is our guest house on our 2 acre park like property. We completely gutted and renovated this entire house. Pictures tell the story. Completely private and peaceful for all of our guests. Why book a hotel when you can stay in a home you’ll fall in love with? Probably not a better place in the area. We are less than 1/2 mile to St. Elizabeth Hospital, Boardman, Ohio. Close to all major shopping, restaurants, etc. My fiancé and I live in the main house and work full time.

Cozy cabin nestled in the woods on my peaceful horse farm. Feed the horses from the fence—treats provided! Enjoy a private ½-mile hiking trail around the pasture. No running water, but two 5-gallon jugs and wash basin are provided. Showers available at the main house. Water spigot behind log cabin. Incinerating toilet. Fast Wi-Fi, great cell service, 32” TV w/Netflix, heat & A/C. Bringing a pet? Please add them when booking and help keep the cabin clean.

Airport is approx. 50mins and Mercy Health is approx. 15 mins away. Pets are welcome with a small fee!
